Description
第1の側面と、第1の側面に対して実質的に向かい合って配置された第2の側面と、半径方向の周辺部と、を有する金属合金又は金属マトリックス複合材料製の環状のディスクボディと、
ディスクボディの半径方向の周辺部に載置されて、それを実質的に取り囲み、そこから外向きに突き出て、マイニング作業中に岩石とかみ合う、少なくとも1つの金属合金、金属マトリックス複合材料、又は焼結炭化物製カッティングパートと、
を含み、
少なくとも1つのカッティングパートは、ディスクボディに使用される材料よりも高い耐摩耗性を有する材料製であり、
少なくとも1つのディスクボディと少なくとも1つのカッティングパートとの間に、金属中間層があり、それらの元素が拡散結合を形成することを特徴とする。
この方法は、
a)金属合金製の少なくとも1つのディスクボディ、又は、金属マトリックス複合材料製の少なくとも1つのディスクボディと、少なくとも1つの金属合金製カッティングパート、又は、少なくとも1つの金属マトリックス複合材料製カッティングパート、又は、少なくとも1つの焼結炭化物製カッティングパートと、を提供することと、
b)ディスクボディのそれぞれの表面(単数又は複数)のそれぞれと、少なくとも1つのカッティングパートの表面のそれぞれと、の間に金属中間層を配置することと、
c)少なくとも1つのディスクボディと、少なくとも1つのカッティングパートと、を共に組み付けることと、
d)少なくとも1つのディスクボディと、少なくとも1つのカッティングパートと、をカプセルに入れることと、
e)オプションで、カプセルから空気を排出することと、
f)カプセルを密封することと、
g)カプセルを、約1000℃超の所定の温度及び約300バールから約1500バールの所定の圧力に所定の期間さらすことと、
を含む。
ディスクカッター(10)は、
第1の側面14と、第1の側面14に対して実質的に向かい合って配置された第2の側面16と、半径方向の周辺部18と、を有する金属合金又は金属マトリックス複合材料製の環状のディスクボディ12と、
ディスクボディ10の半径方向の周辺部に載置されて、それを実質的に取り囲み、そこから外向きに突き出て、作業中に岩石とかみ合う、少なくとも1つの金属合金、金属マトリックス複合材料、又は焼結炭化物製カッティングパート20と、
を含み、
少なくとも1つのカッティングパート20は、ディスクボディ12に使用される材料よりも高い耐摩耗性を有する材料製であり、
少なくとも1つのディスクボディ12と少なくとも1つのカッティングパート20との間に、金属中間層22があり、それらの元素が拡散結合を形成することを特徴とする。

a)金属合金製の少なくとも1つの環状のディスクボディ12、又は、金属マトリックス複合材料製の少なくとも1つの環状のボディ12と、少なくとも1つの金属合金製カッティングパート20、又は、少なくとも1つの金属マトリックス複合材料製カッティングパート20、又は、少なくとも1つの焼結炭化物製カッティングパート20と、を提供することと、
b)ディスクボディ12のそれぞれの表面(単数又は複数)のそれぞれと、カッティングパート20の表面(単数又は複数)のそれぞれと、の間に金属中間層22を配置することと、
c)少なくとも1つのディスクボディ12と、少なくとも1つのカッティングパート20と、を共に組み付けることと、
d)少なくとも1つの環状のディスクボディ12と、少なくとも1つのカッティングパート20と、をカプセルに入れることと、
e)オプションで、カプセルから空気を排出することと、
f)カプセルを密封することと、
g)カプセルを、約1000℃超の所定の温度及び約300バールから約1500バールの所定の圧力に所定の期間さらすことと、
を含む方法である。
Claims (15)
- トンネルボーリングマシンにおいて使用されるカッティングユニット用のディスクカッター(10)であって、
第1の側面(14)と、前記第1の側面(14)に対して実質的に向かい合って配置された第2の側面(16)と、半径方向の周辺部(18)と、を有する金属合金又は金属マトリックス複合材料製の環状のディスクボディ(12)と、
前記ディスクボディ(12)の前記半径方向の周辺部(18)に載置されて、該周辺部(18)を実質的に取り囲み、外向きに突き出て、作業中に岩石とかみ合う、少なくとも1つの金属合金、金属マトリックス複合材料、又は焼結炭化物製カッティングパート(20)と、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つのカッティングパート(20)は、前記ディスクボディ(12)に使用される前記材料よりも高い耐摩耗性を有する材料製であり、
前記少なくとも1つのディスクボディ(12)と前記少なくとも1つのカッティングパート(20)の間に、金属中間層(22)があり、前記少なくとも1つのディスクボディ(12)を構成する元素と、前記少なくとも1つのカッティングパート(20)を構成する元素と、前記金属中間層(22)を構成する元素とが互いに拡散結合を形成することを特徴とする、
ディスクカッター(10)。 - 前記金属中間層(22)は本質的に、ニッケル、ニッケル合金、銅、又は銅合金を含む、請求項1に記載のディスクカッター(10)。
- 前記金属中間層(22)は、本質的に銅及びニッケルからなる合金を含む、請求項1に記載のディスクカッター(10)。
- 前記金属中間層(22)は、約5μmから約500μmの厚さを有する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のディスクカッター(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのカッティングパート(20)は、焼結炭化物を含む、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のディスクカッター(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのカッティングパート(20)は、複数のボタン(26)又は複数の摩耗パッド(40)の形態である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のディスクカッター(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのカッティングパート(20)は、連続するリング(60)の形態である、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のディスクカッター(10)。
- 前記ディスクボディ(12)は、少なくとも2つの層を含む、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のディスクカッター(10)。
- 前記ディスクボディ(12)は、第1の層(34)と、第2の層(36)とを含み、
前記第1の層(34)は、前記第2の層(36)よりも高い耐摩耗性を有する金属又は金属マトリックス複合材料を含む、
請求項8に記載のディスクカッター(10)。 - トンネルボーリングマシンにおいて使用されるカッティングユニット用のディスクカッター(10)を製造する方法であって、
第1の側面(14)と、前記第1の側面(14)に対して実質的に向かい合って配置された第2の側面(16)と、半径方向の周辺部(18)と、を有する金属合金又は金属マトリックス複合材料製の環状のディスクボディ(12)と、
前記ディスクボディ(12)の前記半径方向の周辺部(18)に載置されて、該周辺部(18)を実質的に取り囲み、外向きに突き出て、マイニング作業中に岩石とかみ合う、少なくとも1つの金属合金、金属マトリックス複合材料、又は焼結炭化物製カッティングパート(20)と、
を含むディスクカッター(10)を製造する方法であって、
a)金属合金製の少なくとも1つの環状のディスクボディ(12)、又は、金属マトリックス複合材料製の少なくとも1つの環状のディスクボディ(12)と、少なくとも1つの金属合金製カッティングパート(20)、又は、少なくとも1つの金属マトリックス複合材料製カッティングパート(20)、又は、少なくとも1つの焼結炭化物製カッティングパート(20)と、を提供することと、
b)前記ディスクボディ(12)のそれぞれの表面(単数又は複数)のそれぞれと、前記カッティングパート(20)の表面(単数又は複数)のそれぞれと、の間に金属中間層(22)を配置することと、
c)前記少なくとも1つのディスクボディ(12)と、少なくとも1つのカッティングパート(20)と、を共に組み付けることと、
d)前記少なくとも1つのディスクボディ(12)と、前記少なくとも1つのカッティングパート(20)と、をカプセルに入れることと、
e)オプションで、前記カプセルから空気を排出することと、
f)前記カプセルを密封することと、
g)前記カプセルを、約1000℃超の所定の温度及び約300バールから約1500バールの所定の圧力に所定の期間さらすことと、
を含む方法。 - 前記金属中間層(22)は本質的に、ニッケル、ニッケル合金、銅、又は銅合金を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記金属中間層(22)は、本質的に銅及びニッケルからなる合金により形成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記金属中間層(22)は、箔又は粉末から形成される、請求項10から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属中間層(22)は、電解めっきにより形成される、請求項10から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのカッティングパート(20)の前記表面(単数又は複数)に、又は、前記少なくとも1つのディスクボディ(12)の前記表面(単数又は複数)と前記少なくとも1つのカッティングパート(20)の前記表面(単数又は複数)との双方に、溝(70)が加えられる、請求項10から請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
