Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a sludge coagulating and dehydrating apparatus and a control method thereof.
Conventionally, in the field of sewage treatment, sludge is treated by injecting a flocculating agent into the sludge to form flocs to obtain flocculated sludge, and then dewatering the obtained flocculated sludge. It's here. In order to improve the dewaterability of the sludge, it is necessary to appropriately set the injection amount of the coagulant. Specifically, if the injection amount of the flocculant is too small, the strength of the floc decreases, the dewatering property of the sludge deteriorates, and the SS (suspended solids) concentration in the dewatered filtrate cannot be sufficiently reduced. There were things I couldn't do. Moreover, if the amount of coagulant to be injected is excessive, there is also a problem that the running cost of sludge treatment increases. Therefore, various studies have been made to optimize the injection amount of the flocculant.
For example, in Patent Document 1, it is proposed to control chemical feeding of a flocculant based on a colloid equivalent value in a separated liquid obtained by solid-liquid separation of a part of sludge that has not been chemically injected. Further,
However, in the above conventional technology, there is room for improvement in the accuracy of determining the injection amount of the coagulant. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a technology capable of efficiently operating a sludge coagulating and dehydrating apparatus based on the amount of coagulant to be injected that has been determined with high accuracy.
The inventor of the present invention has made intensive studies in order to achieve the above object. First, the present inventor used a pressurized dehydrator equipped with a metal membrane to dehydrate flocculated sludge containing a coagulant, and operated so that the inlet pressure at the sludge supply port of the pressurized dehydrator was constant. It was noted that the amount of inflow of flocculated sludge fluctuates when doing so. The present inventor further studied and found that when the flocculated sludge contains a large amount of residual flocculant, the resistance when the filtrate passes through the sludge zone formed on the surface of the metal membrane increases. It was found that the amount of inflow of flocculated sludge introduced into the machine is reduced. Then, the present inventor newly found that the value of the inflow change amount, which can be calculated from the value of the inflow amount, can be an effective index for determining the optimum coagulant injection rate, and completed the present invention. let me
That is, an object of the present invention is to advantageously solve the above-mentioned problems. and a sludge dehydration step in which the flocculated sludge is introduced into the pressurized dehydrator through the sludge supply port of the pressurized dehydrator provided with a metal membrane and dewatered, wherein the sludge supply port A sludge dehydration step, which includes adjusting the inflow F of the flocculated sludge supplied to the sludge supply port so that the inlet pressure in is constant, and an inflow amount variation D derived from the inflow F and an injection rate adjustment step of adjusting the injection rate I of the flocculant in the sludge flocculation step based on. In this way, by using the inflow amount change amount D derived from the inflow amount F, the injection rate of the coagulant can be determined with high accuracy, and the sludge coagulation and dehydration device can be efficiently operated based on this injection rate. can drive.
Here, in the method for controlling a sludge coagulating and dewatering apparatus of the present invention, the injection rate adjusting step increases or decreases the injection rate I stepwise within a preset adjustment range of the injection rate I. a data accumulation substep of acquiring and accumulating the value of the inflow F that has changed according to the increase or decrease; and a value of the inflow change D derived from the inflow F based on the accumulated data. and the value of the injection rate I is obtained, and the value of the preset optimum inflow change amount Do is substituted into the relational expression to calculate the optimum injection rate set value Io . and determining the injection rate substep, adjusting the injection rate I of the flocculant based on the optimum injection rate set point Io . By using the relational expression representing the relationship between the value of the inflow change amount D and the value of the injection rate I, the coagulant injection rate can be determined efficiently and with high accuracy.
Further, in the method for controlling a sludge coagulating and dehydrating apparatus of the present invention, a relational expression between the value of the inflow change amount D and the value of the injection rate I is obtained in the injection rate determining sub-step of the injection rate adjusting step. Then, the accumulated value of the inflow F and the value of the injection rate I are subjected to secondary regression analysis to obtain the value of the injection rate I and the inflow Fr as a secondary regression estimate of the inflow. obtaining a quadratic regression expression that expresses the relationship between the injection rate I and the inflow amount change amount D that is the amount of change in the inflow amount Fr based on the obtained quadratic regression expression obtaining a relational expression representing the relationship between . Based on the correlation between the injection amount change amount D calculated using the secondary regression inflow amount Fr and the injection rate I, the injection rate of the coagulant can be determined with higher accuracy.
Another object of the present invention is to advantageously solve the above-mentioned problems. It has a sludge flocculation part for obtaining flocculated sludge from the flocculant and the sludge, a sludge supply port and a metal membrane. A pressurized dehydrator, an inflow measuring device capable of measuring the inflow F of the flocculated sludge supplied to the sludge supply port, and a control unit capable of controlling the coagulant injection unit and the pressurized dehydrator. and the control unit adjusts the inflow amount F of the flocculated sludge supplied to the sludge supply port so that the inlet pressure at the sludge supply port is constant. In addition to being able to control the dehydrator, obtain an inflow change amount D derived from the inflow amount F obtained by the inflow amount measuring device, and based on the inflow change amount D, the coagulant injection unit It is characterized in that the injection rate I of the flocculant can be controlled. In this way, by using the inflow amount change amount D derived from the inflow amount F, the sludge coagulation and dehydration apparatus equipped with a control unit that can determine the injection rate of the coagulant with high accuracy can be operated efficiently. is.

(Control method for sludge coagulation dewatering device)
The control method of the present invention comprises a sludge dehydration process including adjusting the inflow F of flocculated sludge supplied to the sludge supply port so that the inlet pressure at the sludge supply port is constant, and the amount of change in the inflow and an injection rate adjusting step of adjusting the injection rate I of the flocculant in the sludge flocculation step based on D. According to the control method of the present invention, it is possible to automatically control the coagulant injection rate with high accuracy. Therefore, according to the control method of the present invention, even if the coagulant injection rate required for coagulation fluctuates due to fluctuations in the properties of the sludge, the coagulant injection rate is automatically optimized periodically. can be Therefore, it is possible to dramatically reduce the workload of the person who operates the sludge coagulating and dehydrating apparatus. Furthermore, according to the control method of the present invention, since the coagulant injection rate can be determined with high accuracy, it is possible to effectively suppress excessive injection of the coagulant and reduce the running cost required for sludge treatment. can.
Each step will be described in detail below.

In the sludge flocculation step, a flocculating agent is injected into the sludge at an injection rate I to obtain flocculated sludge. In addition, in the sludge

The sludge dehydration step includes adjusting the inflow amount F of flocculated sludge supplied to the sludge supply port of a pressurized dehydrator having a metal membrane so that the inlet pressure at the sludge supply port is constant. In the sludge coagulating and dehydrating
<Injection rate adjustment process>
In the injection rate adjusting step, the injection rate I of the flocculant in the sludge flocculation step is adjusted based on the inflow change amount D derived from the inflow F. Here, it is preferable to perform the following substeps in the injection rate adjustment process. The frequency of the injection rate adjusting step is not particularly limited, and can be arbitrarily set according to various conditions when applying the control method of the present invention. For example, the frequency of performing the infusion rate adjustment step can be every hour, every two hours, every half day, or the like.
<<Data accumulation sub-step>>
In the data accumulation substep, the injection rate I is increased or decreased stepwise within a preset adjustment range of the injection rate I based on the value of the injection rate I at the start of the data accumulation substep. The value of the inflow amount F, which has changed following , is obtained and accumulated at any time. In stepwise increasing or decreasing the injection rate I, the injection rate setting value S can be increased or decreased at predetermined intervals within a preset adjustment range. For example, using the inflow F at the start of the data accumulation substep as a reference, a practical fluctuation range of the inflow F is set, and within this fluctuation range, about four measurement points are extracted, and the injection rate By calculating the relationship between I and inflow F, the data accumulation substep can be performed. Also, for example, depending on the location of the value of injection rate I at the start of the data accumulation substep within a preset adjustment range of injection rate I, it is determined whether to increase or decrease the value of injection rate set value S. may decide. By doing so, it may be possible to shorten the time required in the injection rate adjustment process and improve the efficiency of the control method of the present invention. More specifically, the adjustment range of the injection rate I is equally divided into three zones, and depending on which zone the value of the injection rate I at the start of the data accumulation substep is located, It is preferable to determine whether to increase or decrease the value of the injection rate setpoint S by a predetermined adjustment range. Hereinafter, zone 1,
(1) When the value of the injection rate I at the start of the data accumulation sub-step is in zone 1 The value of the injection rate I at the start of the data accumulation sub-step is 0.48 (%-DS), i.e. injection Assume that the rate set value S is at the lower limit of the adjustment range. At this time, it is assumed that the injection rate set value S is 0.55. In this case, the
Inflow change amount DF=1−F (n) /F (n−1) (I)

<<Preliminary setting of the value of the optimum inflow change amount Do >>
Any method can be adopted as a method for presetting the value of the optimum inflow change amount Do without any particular limitation. For example, using a sludge coagulation dewatering device that satisfies the schematic structure shown in FIG. , collectively referred to as “accumulated data”), the past operating data with similar applied conditions are analyzed, and the value calculated from the most frequently adopted condition is calculated as the optimum inflow change amount D o can be preset as the value of Also, for example, by performing the following analysis, the value of the optimum inflow change amount Do can be set in advance. First, the data of the injection rate of the coagulant and the data of the water content of the resulting dehydrated cake are extracted, and these are subjected to quadratic regression analysis to obtain a quadratic regression equation. From the obtained quadratic regression formula, the injection rate of the flocculant that gives the target moisture content of the cake is calculated. The calculated coagulant injection rate is defined as an injection rate Ik . In addition, the target value of the moisture content of the cake is a value that can be determined according to the application.
From the above accumulated data, the data of the injection rate of the flocculant and the data of the inflow amount of flocculated sludge to the pressurized dehydrator are extracted, and these are subjected to secondary regression analysis to obtain a secondary regression equation. By differentiating the obtained quadratic regression equation, a linear equation representing the relationship between the sludge inflow change amount and the coagulant injection rate is obtained. Then, the injection rate Ik obtained above is substituted into the obtained linear expression, and the obtained sludge inflow amount change amount is set as the optimum inflow amount change amount Do.
In setting the optimum amount of change in inflow Do , data that is close to the conditions to be applied (seasonal conditions, environmental conditions, etc.) is selected from the accumulated data, and the above analysis is performed based on the selected data. can be performed to set the optimum inflow change amount Do. Further, for example, for a sludge coagulation dehydrator installed at a certain site, if the operation data of the previous week is accumulated, the above analysis is performed based on the data of the previous week, and the optimum inflow change amount D o may be set.
Although the sludge coagulating and dewatering apparatus and the control method for the sludge coagulating and dewatering apparatus of the present invention have been described above based on one example, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above or illustrated.

(Preliminary experiment example)
Using a sludge coagulation dewatering device that satisfies the schematic configuration shown in FIG. , trade name "Aquapolis") was added to conduct a dehydration test. The sludge coagulating and dehydrating apparatus was equipped with a rotary press type 2ch pressurized dehydrator (1.5m 2 ×2ch). The target moisture content of the dehydrated cake was set at 76%. The control method of the pressurized dehydrator was constant pressure control, the dehydrator rotation speed adjustment setting was set at 40 Hz, the flocculator rotation speed setting was set at 28 Hz, the inlet pressure was set at 35 kPa, and the outlet pressure was set at 60 to 130 kPa. The test period was February, and the test area was Shizuoka Prefecture. Between 9:45 am and 10:30 am, change the injection rate set value S at time intervals of 5 minutes to 15 minutes, injection rate I, inflow amount F, moisture content of dehydrated cake, residual flocculant amount etc. were calculated or measured.
Here, the acquisition method of various measured values was as follows. Injection rate I is a flow meter (manufactured by Hitachi) that measures the flow rate of sludge supplied to the pressurized dehydrator, and a densitometer (manufactured by Hitachi) that measures the concentration of sludge. Hitachi) and a flow meter (Hitachi) for measuring the flow rate of the coagulant.
The moisture content of the dehydrated cake was measured with a ket moisture meter.
The amount of residual flocculant was measured by a titration method using polyvinyl potassium sulfate standard solution and toluidine blue.
A quadratic regression analysis of the value of the inflow F and the value of the injection rate I was performed based on the obtained measured values, and a quadratic curve (y = -49.311x 2 +44.627x + 5.2429) shown in Fig. 2 was obtained. was taken. This quadratic curve was then differentiated with respect to x to obtain a linear expression (y=-98.622x+44.627; shown in FIG. 3).
Further, based on the obtained measured values, the value of the injection rate I and the value of the moisture content of the dehydrated cake were subjected to secondary regression analysis, and the secondary regression equation (y = 79.983x 2 -41.436x + 84.139, R 2 = 0.6877). From the resulting quadratic regression equation, the value of injection rate I (0.57%-DS) that gives the desired moisture content of the dehydrated cake was determined. Then, the obtained value is substituted into the above-obtained linear expression: y = -98.622x + 44.627, and -12.0% is set as the optimum inflow change amount Do based on the obtained calculated value. Obtained.

<Implementation of control method for sludge coagulation dewatering device based on optimum inflow change amount Do >
The same site as the site where the above <setting of the optimum amount of change in inflow Do > was performed, and the same setting conditions of the pressurized dehydrator were adopted. The implementation period was three days from October 10, 2019 to October 12, 2019. In addition, the time slot|zone which implemented the control method according to the following was set to from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Table 1 shows the concentration (TS) of the sludge to be dewatered.
<< Sludge flocculation process ~ Sludge dehydration process >>
At the start of the sludge flocculation process, the injection rate set value S at the start was set to 0.75%-DS. Then, the sludge dewatering process was performed while calculating or measuring the injection rate I, the inflow amount F, the moisture content of the dewatered cake, the amount of residual coagulant, etc., in the same manner as in the above (preliminary experiment).
<<Injection rate adjustment process>>
The frequency of performing the injection rate adjusting process was once an hour. Then, in performing the data accumulation substep in the injection rate adjustment process, the injection rate set value S is adjusted to an adjustment width of 0.075%-DS and an adjustment range of 0.3%-DS to 0.9%-DS. adjusted with Then, the injection rate determination substep was performed based on the data accumulated in the data accumulation substep. Specifically, a quadratic regression analysis is performed on the relationship between the value of the inflow F and the value of the injection rate I to obtain a quadratic regression equation, and the obtained quadratic regression equation is differentiated by x. Thus, a relational expression (linear expression) between the injection rate I and the amount of change in the inflow amount D was obtained. By substituting −12.0%, which is the set value of the optimum inflow change amount D 0 , into the obtained linear expression, the optimum injection rate set value I 0 was calculated.
Then, based on the calculated optimal injection rate set value Io , the injection rate set value S in the sludge flocculation process was set, and the operation of the sludge flocculation and dehydration apparatus was continued.
Table 1 shows the results of such operation.

Furthermore, in the example, the value of the inflow amount F was improved to 120% compared to the comparative example, indicating that the treatment efficiency was dramatically improved. Furthermore, in the example, the amount of residual flocculant was reduced to about 55% based on the comparative example, so it was possible to effectively suppress the addition of an excessive amount of flocculant.
