Claims (4)
- 先端と基端を有する長尺体の体内での挙動を診断する診断システムであって、
体外から体内へエネルギーを照射する照射部と、
体を通過したエネルギーを体外で検知する検知部と、
前記検知部で検知されたエネルギーにより体内における前記長尺体の位置を特定する制御部と、
視覚または聴覚で認識可能な通知を行う通知部と、
体外に位置する前記長尺体を検知する基端検知部と、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記基端検知部から検知結果を受け取り、体外に位置する前記長尺体の長軸方向の長さである基端長さを算出するとともに、前記検知部で検知されたエネルギーにより特定される前記長尺体の先端の位置と、前記基端長さと、により、適正な挙動における前記長尺体の位置である期待位置を算出し、特定された前記長尺体の位置の前記期待位置に対する逸脱量を算出し、算出した前記逸脱量に応じた通知を前記通知部に出力させることを特徴とする診断システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記長尺体の先端の基端側への逸脱量を算出する請求項1に記載の診断システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記逸脱量が予め設定される閾値以上、または閾値を超える場合に、視覚または聴覚で認識可能な警告を前記通知部に出力させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の診断システム。
- 先端と基端を有する長尺体の体内での挙動を演算処理を行うことが可能な制御部により診断する診断システムの制御方法であって、
前記制御部により照射部にエネルギーを照射させるステップと、
前記制御部によりエネルギーを検知部に検知させるステップと、
前記制御部により体外に位置する前記長尺体を基端検知部に検知させるステップと、
前記制御部により検知したエネルギーの情報を前記検知部から受け取り、当該情報から前記長尺体の位置を特定するステップと、
前記制御部により前記基端検知部から検知結果を受け取り、体外に位置する前記長尺体の長軸方向の長さである基端長さを算出するとともに、前記検知部で検知されたエネルギーにより特定される前記長尺体の先端の位置と、前記基端長さと、により、適正な挙動における前記長尺体の位置である期待位置を特定するステップと、
前記制御部により前記長尺体の位置の前記期待位置に対する逸脱量を算出するステップと、
算出した結果に応じた通知を、前記制御部により視覚または聴覚で認識可能な通知を行う通知部に通知させるステップと、を有することを特徴とする診断システムの制御方法。
