Claims (13)
- 先端と基端を有する長尺体の生体管腔内での挙動を診断する診断方法であって、
前記長尺体を先端から生体管腔に挿入するステップと、
体外から体内へエネルギーを照射した後に、体を通過したエネルギーを体外で検知するステップと、
検知したエネルギーにより体内における前記長尺体の位置を特定するステップと、
特定した前記長尺体の位置を、適正な挙動における前記長尺体の位置である期待位置と比較し、前記長尺体の位置の前記期待位置に対する逸脱量から、前記長尺体の特定の挙動を検知するステップと、を有することを特徴とする処置方法。 - 前記長尺体の特定の挙動を検知するステップにおいて、前記長尺体の先端の基端側への逸脱量から、前記エネルギーの照射範囲外における前記長尺体の蛇行を検知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の診断方法。
- 体外に位置する前記長尺体の長軸方向の長さである基端長さを検知するステップを有し、
前記期待位置は、前記検知部で検知したエネルギーにより特定される前記長尺体の先端の位置と、前記基端長さと、により特定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の診断方法。 - 前記長尺体を体内に挿入するステップにおいて、前記長尺体を、橈骨動脈から挿入して下肢動脈に到達させ、
前記長尺体の特定の挙動を検知するステップにおいて、前記長尺体の上行大動脈での蛇行を検知することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の診断方法。 - 前記期待位置は、生体管腔の座標データの少なくとも一部であり、
前記長尺体の特定の挙動を検知するステップにおいて、前記逸脱量から、前記長尺体が生体管腔から外れていること検知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の診断方法。 - 前記逸脱量が予め設定される閾値以上、または閾値を超える場合に、視覚または聴覚で認識可能な警告を通知するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の診断方法。
- 前記長尺体は、他の長尺体を挿通可能なガイディングカテーテルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の診断方法。
- 先端と基端を有する長尺体の体内での挙動を診断する診断システムであって、
体外から体内へエネルギーを照射する照射部と、
体を通過したエネルギーを体外で検知する検知部と、
前記検知部で検知されたエネルギーにより体内における前記長尺体の位置を特定する制御部と、
視覚または聴覚で認識可能な通知を行う通知部と、を有し、
前記制御部は、適正な挙動における前記長尺体の位置である期待位置を読み込み、または算出し、特定された前記長尺体の位置の前記期待位置に対する逸脱量を算出し、算出した前記逸脱量に応じた通知を前記通知部に出力させることを特徴とする診断システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記長尺体の先端の基端側への逸脱量を算出する請求項8に記載の診断システム。
- 体外に位置する前記長尺体を検知する基端検知部を有し、
前記制御部は、前記基端検知部から検知結果を受け取り、体外に位置する前記長尺体の長軸方向の長さである基端長さを算出するとともに、前記検知部で検知されたエネルギーにより特定される前記長尺体の先端の位置と、前記基端長さと、により前記期待位置を算出することを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の診断システム。 - 前記制御部は、生体管腔の座標データの少なくとも一部を前記期待位置とすることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の診断システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記逸脱量が予め設定される閾値以上、または閾値を超える場合に、視覚または聴覚で認識可能な警告を前記通知部に出力させることを特徴とする請求項8〜11のいずれか1項に記載の診断システム。
- 先端と基端を有する長尺体の体内での挙動を診断する診断システムの制御方法であって、
照射部にエネルギーを照射させるステップと、
エネルギーを検知部に検知させるステップと、
検知したエネルギーの情報を前記検知部から受け取り、当該情報から前記長尺体の位置を特定するステップと、
適正な挙動における前記長尺体の位置である期待位置を特定するステップと、
前記長尺体の位置の前記期待位置に対する逸脱量を算出するステップと、
算出した結果に応じた通知を、視覚または聴覚で認識可能な通知を行う通知部に通知させるステップと、を有することを特徴とする診断システムの制御方法。
