複数の外科用ハブから重要なデータを受信することであって、該複数の外科用ハブが、スクリーニング基準に基づいて重要なデータを決定し、該複数の外科用ハブのそれぞれが、少なくとも1つの外科用器具及び該少なくとも1つのプロセッサに通信可能に連結されている、ことと、
該重要なデータの優先度状態を決定することと、
該少なくとも1つのプロセッサに連結された少なくとも1つのメモリ内に存在するクラウド格納場所に、該重要なデータをルーティングすることと、
該重要なデータによって示される動作特性に基づいて該重要なデータに対する応答を決定することであって、該応答の時間成分が、該優先度状態に基づいて決定される、ことと、を行う、非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
(10) 前記優先度状態は、前記重要なデータがウォッチリスト上に配置された前記少なくとも1つの外科用器具に対応することと、該重要なデータが自動応答に対応することと、該重要なデータが通知応答に対応することと、該重要なデータが緊急応答に対応することのうち、1つ又は2つ以上に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサにより決定される、実施態様9に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
(12) 前記自動応答が修正及び予防措置応答を含む、実施態様10に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
(13) 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記少なくとも1つのメモリ内のホールドリスト内に前記重要なデータを格納し、該重要なデータの正確さを検証する、実施態様9に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
(14) クラウドベース分析医療システムであって、
少なくとも1つのプロセッサと、
該少なくとも1つのプロセッサに通信可能に連結された少なくとも1つのメモリと、
複数の外科用ハブからのデータにアクセスするように構成された入力/出力インターフェースであって、該複数の外科用ハブのそれぞれが、少なくとも1つの外科用器具及び該少なくとも1つのプロセッサに通信可能に連結されている、入力/出力インターフェースと、
該少なくとも1つのメモリ内に存在し、該データを格納するように構成されたデータベースと、
を含み、
該少なくとも1つのメモリが、該少なくとも1つのプロセッサによって実行可能な命令を格納するように構成されており、これにより、
該複数の外科用ハブから重要なデータを受信することであって、該複数の外科用ハブが、スクリーニング基準に基づいて重要なデータを判定する、ことと、
該重要なデータの優先度状態を決定することと、
該少なくとも1つのメモリ内に存在するクラウド格納場所に、該重要なデータをルーティングすることと、
該複数の外科用ハブに、複数のトリガ条件に基づいて該重要なデータに関連する追加のデータを取得するよう要求することと、
該重要なデータ及び追加のデータに対応する不規則性の原因を判定することと、
該不規則性に対する応答を決定することであって、該応答の時間成分が該優先度状態に基づいて決定される、ことと、を行う、クラウドベース分析医療システム。
(15) 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記不規則性に対応する前記少なくとも1つの外科用器具に信号を送信することによって、該不規則性に応答し、該信号が、該少なくとも1つの外科用器具の動作ロックアウトを引き起こす、実施態様14に記載のクラウドベース分析医療システム。
(17) 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記複数の外科用ハブに対し、所定の医学的事象の発生に基づいて、前記所定の時間にわたって前記追加のデータを取得するよう要求する、実施態様16に記載のクラウドベース分析医療システム。
(18) 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、所定の時間にわたって、前記不規則性に対応する患者の結果を監視することによって、該不規則性に応答する、実施態様14に記載のクラウドベース分析医療システム。
(19) 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記不規則性に対応する前記複数の外科用ハブに信号を送信して修正措置を示すことによって、該不規則性に応答する、実施態様14に記載のクラウドベース分析医療システム。
(20) 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記重要なデータの集計のために該重要なデータを前記データベースに送信し、該重要なデータは、肯定的な患者結果又は否定的な患者結果に対応するものとして分類される、実施態様14に記載のクラウドベース分析医療システム。
Claims (11)
- クラウドベース分析医療システムであって、
少なくとも1つのプロセッサと、
複数の外科用ハブと、
該少なくとも1つのプロセッサに通信可能に連結された少なくとも1つのメモリと、
該複数の外科用ハブからのデータにアクセスするように構成された入力/出力インターフェースであって、該複数の外科用ハブのそれぞれが、少なくとも1つの外科用器具からデバイスデータを受信するように通信可能に連結され、及び該少なくとも1つのプロセッサに通信可能に連結されている、入力/出力インターフェースと、
該少なくとも1つのメモリ内に存在し、該データを格納するように構成されたデータベースと、
を含み、
該少なくとも1つのメモリが、該少なくとも1つのプロセッサによって実行可能な命令を格納するように構成されており、これにより、
該複数の外科用ハブから重要なデータを受信することであって、該複数の外科用ハブが、スクリーニング基準に基づいて該デバイスデータが重要なデータかどうかを判定する、ことと、
該重要なデータの優先度状態を決定することと、
該データベースに、該重要なデータを送信することと、該複数の外科用ハブに、複数のトリガ条件に基づいて該重要なデータに関連する追加のデータを取得するよう要求することと、
該重要なデータ及び追加のデータに対応する不規則性の原因を判定することと、
該不規則性に対する応答を決定することであって、該応答の優先順位が、該優先度状態に基づいて決定される、ことと、を行い、
該少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、該不規則性に対応する該少なくとも1つの外科用器具に信号を送信することによって、該不規則性に応答し、該信号が、該少なくとも1つの外科用器具の動作ロックアウトを引き起こし、
該少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、所定の時間にわたって、該不規則性に対応する患者の結果を監視することによって、該不規則性に応答し、
該少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、該不規則性に対応する該複数の外科用ハブに信号を送信して修正措置を示すことによって、該不規則性に応答し、
該優先度状態は、該重要なデータがウォッチリスト上に配置された該少なくとも1つの外科用器具に対応することと、該重要なデータが自動応答に対応することと、該重要なデータが通知応答に対応することと、該重要なデータが緊急応答に対応することのうち、1つ又は2つ以上に基づいて、該少なくとも1つのプロセッサにより決定される、
クラウドベース分析医療システム。 - 前記スクリーニング基準が、重大度、予想外性、不審性、及びセキュリティのうちの1つ又は2つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載のクラウドベース分析医療システム。
- 前記重大度のスクリーニング基準が、周術期デバイス故障の程度と、患者の非標準的な術後処置への移行とを含む、請求項2に記載のクラウドベース分析医療システム。
- 前記複数のトリガ条件が、所定の予想外性閾値を超えること、前記重要なデータの無認可の改変、安全でないデータ通信、ウォッチリスト上への前記少なくとも1つの外科用器具の配置のうち、1つ又は2つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載のクラウドベース分析医療システム。
- 前記重要なデータが、前記複数の外科用ハブから集計されたデータを含む、請求項1に記載のクラウドベース分析医療システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの外科用器具が、偽造製品、外科用器具の性能の逸脱、及び無認可の使用のうちの1つ又は2つ以上に基づいて、前記ウォッチリスト上に配置される、請求項1に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記自動応答が修正及び予防措置応答を含む、請求項1に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記少なくとも1つのメモリ内のホールドリスト内に前記重要なデータを格納し、該重要なデータの正確さを検証する、請求項1に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記複数の外科用ハブに対し、所定の時間にわたって前記追加のデータを取得するよう要求する、請求項1に記載のクラウドベース分析医療システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記複数の外科用ハブに対し、所定の医学的事象の発生に基づいて、前記所定の時間にわたって前記追加のデータを取得するよう要求する、請求項9に記載のクラウドベース分析医療システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記重要なデータの集計のために該重要なデータを前記データベースに送信し、該重要なデータは、肯定的な患者結果又は否定的な患者結果に対応するものとして分類される、請求項1に記載のクラウドベース分析医療システム。
