Claims (14)
- 患者の体管腔内に配置される管腔内イメージングデバイスと通信する制御装置であって、前記制御装置は、
前記管腔内イメージングデバイスが前記患者の前記体管腔を通って動かされるときに前記管腔内イメージングデバイスからイメージングデータを受信することと、
受信された前記イメージングデータを使用して画像フレームの集合を生成することと、
前記画像フレームの各々に対して前記体管腔に関連した管腔面積を自動的に計算することと、
を行う、制御装置と、
前記制御装置と通信するディスプレイデバイスであって、前記画像フレームの集合の第1の画像フレームと前記第1の画像フレームから延びた前記体管腔の部分の描写とを含むハイブリッド二次元/三次元画像と、前記第1の画像フレームに対応した計算された前記管腔面積と、前記体管腔の長手方向ビューとを1つのスクリーンに表示するディスプレイデバイスと、
を備える、管腔内医療イメージングシステム。 - 前記第1の画像フレームが、前記体管腔の二次元断層撮影画像である、請求項1に記載の管腔内医療イメージングシステム。
- 前記体管腔内における前記第1の画像フレームの位置が、前記体管腔の前記長手方向ビューに表示される、請求項1に記載の管腔内医療イメージングシステム。
- 前記ディスプレイデバイスが、更に、病巣を含む関心エリアを表示する、請求項1に記載の管腔内医療イメージングシステム。
- 前記ディスプレイデバイスが、更に、前記関心エリア内における前記体管腔の狭窄のパーセンテージを前記1つのスクリーンに表示する、請求項4に記載の管腔内医療イメージングシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、更に、受信された画像データに基づいてステントに対する最適な位置を自動的に決定する、請求項1に記載の管腔内医療イメージングシステム。
- 前記ディスプレイデバイスが、更に、前記体管腔の前記長手方向ビューにおける前記最適な位置を表示する、請求項6に記載の管腔内医療イメージングシステム。
- 制御装置とディスプレイデバイスとを備える管腔内医療イメージングシステムの作動方法であって、前記方法は、
前記制御装置が、体管腔に関連したイメージングデータを受信するステップと、
前記制御装置が、受信された前記イメージングデータを使用して、画像フレームの集合を生成するステップと、
前記制御装置が、前記画像フレームの各々の管腔面積を自動的に計算するステップと、
前記ディスプレイデバイスが、前記画像フレームの前記集合の第1の画像フレームと前記第1の画像フレームから延びた前記体管腔の部分の描写とを含むハイブリッド二次元/三次元画像と、前記第1の画像フレームに対応した計算された前記管腔面積と、前記体管腔の長手方向ビューとをディスプレイデバイスの1つのスクリーンに表示するステップと、
を有する、管腔内医療イメージングの方法。 - 前記第1の画像フレームが、前記体管腔の二次元断層撮影画像である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記体管腔内における前記第1の画像フレームの位置が、前記体管腔の前記長手方向ビューに表示される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ディスプレイデバイスが、病巣を含む前記体管腔内における関心エリアを、前記ディスプレイデバイスの前記1つのスクリーンに表示するステップを更に有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ディスプレイデバイスが、前記関心エリア内における前記体管腔の狭窄のパーセンテージを、前記ディスプレイデバイスの前記1つのスクリーンに表示するステップを更に有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記制御装置が、受信された画像データに基づいてステントに対する最適な位置を決定するステップを更に有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ディスプレイデバイスが、前記体管腔の前記長手方向ビューにおける前記最適な位置を表示するステップを更に有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
