Claims (8)
- 互いに直列及び/又は並列に接続している円筒形の第一の二次電池セル及び第二の二次電池セルと、
前記第一の二次電池セルと、端面同士が対向するように後記収納ケースの長手方向に並べられた円筒形の第三の二次電池セルと、
前記第二の二次電池セルと、端面同士が対向するように後記収納ケースの長手方向に並べられ、かつ前記第三の二次電池セルと側面同士が対向するように並べられた円筒形の第四の二次電池セルと、
前記第一の二次電池セル及び第二の二次電池セルを該円筒形の側面同士が対向する姿勢で並べて収納し、前記第三の二次電池セル及び第四の二次電池セルを該円筒形の側面同士が対向する姿勢で並べて収納する内部空間を有する収納ケースと、
前記収納ケースの内部空間に収納された前記第一の二次電池セル及び第二の二次電池セルの、該円筒形の側面同士が対向する界面に介在されて前記第一の二次電池セル及び第二の二次電池セルを絶縁し、前記収納ケースの内部空間に収納された前記第三の二次電池セル及び第四の二次電池セルの、該円筒形の側面同士が対向する界面に介在されて前記第三の二次電池セル及び第四の二次電池セルを絶縁する長手仕切板と、
前記長手仕切板と交差して、前記第一の二次電池セルの端面と前記第二の二次電池セルの端面同士、前記第三の二次電池セルの端面と前記第四の二次電池セルの端面同士を、それぞれ電気的に接続する複数のリード板と、
前記長手仕切板と交差して、前記第一の二次電池セル及び第三の二次電池セルが配置される前記収納ケースの内部空間と、第二の二次電池セル及び第四の二次電池セルが配置される前記収納ケースの内部空間とをそれぞれ分割する2枚の短手仕切板と、
を備える電池パックであって、
前記長手仕切板は、前記2枚の短手仕切板が前記長手仕切板とそれぞれ交差する位置に、前記長手仕切板の長手方向において前記2枚の短手仕切板を離間して並べるための2つの長手側スリットを形成しており、
前記2枚の短手仕切板間の隙間における長手方向の前記収納ケースの側面に、外部への排炎用の排炎口が開口されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックであって、
前記短手仕切板が、リード板よりも厚さを厚くしてなる電池パック。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電池パックであって、
前記短手仕切板が、絶縁性及び耐熱性を備える材質で構成されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項3に記載の電池パックであって、
前記短手仕切板が、マイカである電池パック。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックであって、さらに、
前記第一乃至第四の二次電池セルの円筒形の側面であって、隣接する二次電池セルの円筒形の側面と対向する領域を少なくとも被覆する絶縁性で耐熱性を有する絶縁耐熱板を備える電池パック。 - 請求項5に記載の電池パックであって、
前記絶縁耐熱板が、前記第一乃至第四の二次電池セルの円筒形の側面に沿って湾曲されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項5又は6に記載の電池パックであって、
前記絶縁耐熱板は、円筒形の側面が互いに隣接している一対の前記第一、第三の二次電池セル及び前記第二、第四の二次電池セルにそれぞれ被覆され、断面視において一対の前記第一、第三の二次電池セル及び前記第二、第四の二次電池セルが最も近接する位置を中心に湾曲されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックであって、
前記絶縁耐熱板が、マイカである電池パック。
