Claims (3)
- レーザ光を出力し、ワークを加工するレーザ発振器であって、
筐体と、
前記筐体内に配置され、電源に接続されて所定の消費電力の第1の機器に電力を供給するトランスと、
前記筐体内に配置され、力率を1に近付ける力率改善回路を有するとともに、前記電源に接続されて前記第1の機器よりも相対的に高い消費電力の第2の機器に電力を供給する力率改善ユニットと、
を備えるレーザ発振器。 - 前記第1の機器は、除湿器、制御電源、安全回路、接触器コイル、又はファンモータの少なくとも何れかである請求項1に記載のレーザ発振器。
- 前記第2の機器は、発振用ファイバ、前記発振用ファイバに励起光を入射するためのレーザダイオード、又は前記レーザダイオードに電力を供給するレーザダイオード電源の少なくとも何れかである請求項1又は2に記載のレーザ発振器。
