図4は、変形例の組立装置100Aの構成を示す概略構成図である。上記実施形態と実質的に等しい構成要素については、同一符号を付して説明を省略する。図4では、加工装置103が組立設計形状DSa、DSbに基づいて第1余肉部113aおよび第2余肉部115bを雄雌型に加工した後の状態を示す。図4に示すように、本変形例の組立装置100Aは、加工後の第1余肉部113aおよび第2余肉部115bの形状が、上記実施形態の第1余肉部13aおよび第2余肉部15bの形状と異なる。それ以外の部分については、上記実施形態の組立装置100と同じであるため、説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- 第1組立部品、および、第2組立部品を保持する保持部材と、
前記第1組立部品に設けられ、前記第1組立部品と前記第2組立部品の隙間を調整するための第1余肉部、および、前記第2組立部品に設けられ、前記隙間を調整するための第2余肉部を加工する加工装置と、
を備え、
前記加工装置は、前記第1組立部品と前記第2組立部品とが対向する方向と直交する方向における位置合わせのための第1位置合わせ部を前記第1余肉部に形成し、前記第1位置合わせ部に対応する第2位置合わせ部を前記第2余肉部に形成する、
組立装置。 - 前記加工装置は、前記保持部材に設けられた基準位置を基準として加工する、
請求項1に記載の組立装置。 - 前記加工装置は、前記第1組立部品の設計形状と、前記第2組立部品の設計形状とに基づいて、前記第1余肉部および前記第2余肉部の双方を加工する、
