Description

上記1つ又は複数のPPG信号の1つ又は複数の所定のPPG信号特性を分析し、上記1つ又は複数のPPG信号特性が所定の条件を満たす場合に上記BP制御信号を生成するよう構成された処理ユニットとを有し、
上記1つ又は複数のPPG信号特性が、脈拍の存在、脈拍数、所定の脈拍数レベルの持続時間、経時的な脈拍間間隔の変動、脈拍の強さ、患者の脈拍の存在の持続時間、及び検出された心臓誘発性高調波の数の1つ又は複数に対応し、
上記処理ユニット(40)が、BP測定値及び/又はBP測定値と1つ又は複数のPPG信号との組み合わせに基づき、自発循環再開を示す心原性出力のインジケータの状態を評価するよう構成される。
1つ又は複数のPPG信号を測定するよう構成された1つ又は複数のPPGセンサと、
1つ又は複数のPPG信号を使用してBP制御信号を生成するよう構成された本書に開示される装置と、
BP制御信号に基づきBP測定を行うよう構成されたBPセンサとを有し、

Claims (15)
- 心肺蘇生中の自発循環再開を検出する装置であって、
患者の1つ又は複数のフォトプレチスモグラフィPPG信号を得るPPG入力と、
患者の血圧BPの測定を開始するためにBPセンサを制御するためのBP制御信号を提供するBP出力と、
1つ又は複数のBP測定値を得るBP入力と、
前記1つ又は複数のPPG信号の1つ又は複数の所定のPPG信号特性を分析し、前記1つ又は複数のPPG信号特性が所定の条件を満たす場合に前記BP制御信号を生成する処理ユニットとを有し、
前記1つ又は複数のPPG信号特性が、脈拍の存在、脈拍数、脈拍の強さ、及び患者の脈拍の存在の持続時間の1つ又は複数に対応し、
前記処理ユニットが、前記BP測定値と前記1つ又は複数のPPG信号との組み合わせに基づき、自発循環再開を示す心原性出力のインジケータの状態を評価する、装置。 - 前記1つ以上のPPG信号特性が、所定の脈拍数レベルでの持続時間、経時的な脈拍間間隔の変動、心臓誘発性高調波の数、及びPPG波形の1つ以上に対応する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記所定の条件が、閾値、範囲、ルックアップテーブルにおける項目、及びチャートにおける位置の1つ又は複数を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。

前記処理ユニットが、前記胸部圧迫信号を分析して、胸部圧迫の休止を継続中の胸部圧迫から区別し、前記胸部圧迫の休止中又は継続中の胸部圧迫中に前記BP制御信号を生成する、
請求項4に記載の装置。 - 第1のユーザインタフェースからユーザ情報を取得するユーザ入力を更に有し、前記処理ユニットが、前記ユーザ情報に基づき、前記BP制御信号を生成するよう構成され、及び/又は、第2のユーザインタフェースに前記自発循環再開に関する情報を提供するユーザ出力を更に有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 心肺蘇生中の自発循環再開の検出をサポートするシステムであって、
1つ又は複数のPPG信号を測定する1つ又は複数のPPGセンサと、
前記1つ又は複数のPPG信号を使用してBP制御信号を生成する請求項1に記載の装置と、
前記BP制御信号に基づき、BP測定を行うBPセンサとを有し、
前記装置が、前記BP測定値と前記1つ又は複数のPPG信号との組み合わせに基づき、自発循環再開を示す心原性出力のインジケータの状態を評価する、
システム。 - 前記BPセンサが、指カフ、手首カフ、腕カフのいずれか1つであるBPカフに含まれ、

- 前記1つ又は複数のPPGセンサの少なくとも1つが、前記BPカフの皮膚に面する側に配置され、
前記処理ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つのPPGセンサの1つ若しくは複数のPPG信号の振幅及び/又は前記BPカフ内の圧力の振動を最大にするように、前記BPカフにより前記患者に印加される平均カフ圧を制御する、請求項8又は9に記載のシステム。 - 1つ又は複数のECG信号を測定する1つ又は複数のECGセンサを更に有し、前記処理ユニットが、前記1つ又は複数のPPG信号特性の任意の1つを得ることを容易にするために、前記1つ又は複数のECG信号を分析し、及び
経胸部インピーダンス、胸部圧迫レート、胸部圧迫間隔の長さ、胸部圧迫力、胸部圧迫深さ、胸部圧迫加速度、及び胸部圧迫速度の1つ又は複数を示す胸部圧迫信号を測定する胸部圧迫センサを更に有し、前記処理ユニットが、前記胸部圧迫信号を分析し、前記1つ又は複数のPPG信号及び/又はECG信号から前記胸部圧迫信号のアーチファクトを認識し、処理又は除去する、請求項7乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - ユーザ情報を取得する第1のユーザインタフェース、並びに/又は前記自発循環再開に関する情報を可視的及び/若しくは可聴的に提供する第2のユーザインタフェースを更に有し、
前記処理ユニットが、前記ユーザ情報に基づき、前記BP制御信号を生成するよう構成される、
請求項7乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 心肺蘇生中の自発循環再開の検出をサポートする方法において、
患者の1つ又は複数のフォトプレチスモグラフィPPG信号を得るステップと、
前記患者の血圧BPの測定を開始するようにBPセンサを制御するためのBP制御信号を提供するステップと、
1つ又は複数のBP測定値を取得するステップと、
前記1つ又は複数のPPG信号の1つ又は複数の所定のPPG信号特性を分析し、前記1つ又は複数のPPG信号特性の1つ又は複数が所定の条件を満たす場合に前記BP制御信号を生成するステップであって、前記1つ又は複数のPPG信号特性が、脈拍の存在、脈拍数、脈拍の強さ、及び患者の脈拍の存在の持続時間の任意の1つに対応する、ステップと、
前記BP測定値と前記1つ又は複数のPPG信号との組み合わせに基づき、自発循環再開を示す心原性出力のインジケータの状態を評価するステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記1つ以上のPPG信号特性が、所定の脈拍数レベルでの持続時間、経時的な脈拍間間隔の変動、心臓誘発性高調波の数、及びPPG波形の1つ以上に対応する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- コンピュータ上で実行されるとき、前記コンピュータに請求項13又は14に記載の方法のステップを実行させるプログラムコード手段を有するコンピュータプログラム。
