Claims (17)
- 光源(1)、ロータリーアクチュエータ(2)、及びコントローラを含み、前記光源(1)は前記ロータリーアクチュエータ(2)の回転軸に取り付けられ、前記コントローラは、さまざまなパターンを形成するように前記光源(1)の発光状態を制御することに適しており、
配光素子(3)をさらに含み、前記配光素子(3)は前記光源(1)の近隣領域に設けられ、前記配光素子(3)は前記光源(1)と同期して回転することが可能になる、前記光源(1)は独立して制御された複数の発光ユニット(11)を含み、前記配光素子(3)は前記発光ユニット(11)から発光する光線を集光することに適しており、各前記発光ユニット(11)から発光する光線同士の相互影響しないように、前記コントローラは前記ロータリーアクチュエータ(2)の回転数に応じて各前記発光ユニット(11)の点灯・消灯をそれぞれ制御することに適している、ことを特徴とする車両照明装置。 - 取り付け板(4)をさらに含み、前記取り付け板(4)は前記ロータリーアクチュエータ(2)の回転軸に取り付けられ、前記光源(1)は前記取り付け板(4)に取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両照明装置。
- 前記発光ユニット(11)は前記ロータリーアクチュエータ(2)の異なる回転半径上にある、又は、前記発光ユニット(11)は少なくとも2組に分けられ、各組の前記発光ユニット(11)のうち各前記発光ユニット(11)は前記ロータリーアクチュエータ(2)の異なる回転半径上にある、又は、前記発光ユニット(11)は少なくとも2組に分けられ、各組の前記発光ユニット(11)は前記ロータリーアクチュエータ(2)の回転円周において対称に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両照明装置。
- レンズ(5)をさらに含み、前記発光ユニット(11)から発光する光線は前記レンズ(5)を介して投射されてパターンを形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の車両照明装置。
- 前記配光素子(3)は前記発光ユニット(11)の両側領域に設けられた反射板(31)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の車両照明装置。
- 前記反射板(31)の反射面が平面又は曲面であり、前記反射板(31)はそれぞれ複数の前記発光ユニット(11)の側面に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両照明装置。
- 前記配光素子(3)は前記発光ユニット(11)の出光面領域に設けられた集光部材(32)であり、前記集光部材(32)は入光面と出光面を含み、前記集光部材(32)の入光面は前記発光ユニット(11)から発光する光線を導入することに適しており、前記集光部材(32)によって集光された光線は前記集光部材(32)の出光面から出射されることに適している、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の車両照明装置。
- 前記集光部材(32)は複数の前記発光ユニット(11)の出光面領域に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両照明装置。
- 前記集光部材(32)は断面が二等辺台形である棒状の透明デバイスであり、前記二等辺台形の上底辺が位置する面は前記集光部材(32)の入光面であり、前記二等辺台形の下底辺が位置する面は前記集光部材(32)の出光面であり、
該透明デバイスの円柱面は前記集光部材(32)の出光面であり、円柱面に対向する面は前記集光部材(32)の入光面である、又は、前記集光部材(32)は複数の一体成形された平凸レンズであり、複数の前記平凸レンズの平面が同一方向を向いて前記集光部材(32)の入光面となり、複数の前記平凸レンズの凸面が前記集光部材(32)の出光面となる、又は、前記集光部材(32)は複数の一体成形された集光器であり、複数の前記集光器の入光面は複数の前記発光ユニット(11)に1対1で対応し、複数の前記集光器の出光面は同一の滑らかな面を構成する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の車両照明装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両照明装置を含み、前記光源(1)は不可視光発光素子(12)を含み、前記コントローラは前記不可視光発光素子(12)及び前記ロータリーアクチュエータ(2)に電気的に接続され、不可視光の光分布を形成するように前記不可視光発光素子(12)の各回転位置での発光状態を制御する、ことを特徴とする車両用不可視光投射装置。
- 取り付け板(4)をさらに含み、前記取り付け板(4)は前記ロータリーアクチュエータ(2)の回転軸に取り付けられ、前記光源(1)は前記取り付け板(4)に取り付けられる、又は、前記不可視光発光素子(12)は複数あり、前記ロータリーアクチュエータ(2)の異なる回転半径上にある、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の車両用不可視光投射装置。
- 前記コントローラはさらに前記発光ユニット(11)に電気的に接続され、可視光の光分布を形成するように前記発光ユニット(11)の各回転位置での発光状態を制御する、ことを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の車両用不可視光投射装置。
- 前記不可視光発光素子(12)から発光する不可視光の照射範囲が、少なくとも前記発光ユニット(11)から発光する可視光の照射範囲をカバーできる、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の車両用不可視光投射装置。
- 前記不可視光発光素子(12)から発光する不可視光は、前記可視光の照射範囲外に不可視光単独照射エリア(N1、N2、N3)を形成できる、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の車両用不可視光投射装置。
- レンズ(5)をさらに含み、前記レンズ(5)は、前記不可視光発光素子(12)及び前記発光ユニット(11)から発光する不可視光線及び可視光線を投射できる、又は、前記不可視光発光素子(12)及び/又は前記発光ユニット(11)は配光素子(3)を備え、前記配光素子(3)は前記不可視光発光素子(12)と前記発光ユニット(11)から発光する光線を集光することに適している、ことを特徴とする請求項12~14のいずれか一項に記載の車両用不可視光投射装置。
- 不可視光検出デバイスを含み、前記不可視光検出デバイスは、請求項10~15のいずれか一項に記載の不可視光投射装置で形成される不可視光照射範囲内のターゲットを検出できる、ことを特徴とするターゲット検出装置。
- 可視光検出デバイスをさらに含み、前記可視光検出デバイスは、前記発光ユニット(11)で形成される可視光照射範囲内のターゲットを検出できる、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のターゲット検出装置。
