Description
-(a)試験環境内で取得された基準データであって第1のポンプ負荷を含む異なるポンプ負荷の下で少なくとも1個のモーター速度に対して、当該血液ポンプを駆動するモーターの基準モーター電流及び当該血液ポンプを通過する血流の量の両方を含む前記データを抽出するステップと、
-(b)当該ポンプが患者の体内に設置されているときに、前記第1のポンプ負荷の下での少なくとも1個のモーター速度に対する患者固有モーター電流を測定するステップと、
-(c)その後、第1のポンプ負荷の下での基準モーター電流と、第1のポンプ負荷の下での少なくとも1個のモーター速度に対する患者固有モーター電流とから、モーター電流偏差を計算するステップと、
-(d)最後に、血液ポンプを通過する患者固有の血流量を推定すべくモーター電流偏差を適用するステップとを含む方法を提案する。
Claims (15)
- 血管内血液ポンプ(12,13)内の血流を推定する方法であって、
-試験環境内で取得された基準データの組から基準データを抽出するステップ(100)であって、前記基準データの組が、第1のポンプ負荷を含む異なるポンプ負荷の下で少なくとも1個のモーター速度(N)に対して、前記血液ポンプを駆動するモーターの基準モーター電流(I)及び前記血液ポンプを通過する血流(FL)の量の両方を含むステップと、
-前記血液ポンプが患者の体内に設置されているときに、前記第1のポンプ負荷の下での少なくとも1個のモーター速度(N)に対する患者固有モーター電流を測定するステップ(101)と、
-前記第1のポンプ負荷の下での前記基準モーター電流(I)と、前記第1のポンプ負荷の下での前記少なくとも1個のモーター速度(N)に対する患者固有モーター電流とから、モーター電流偏差(ΔI)を計算するステップ(102)と、
-前記血液ポンプを通過する患者固有の血流(FL)量を推定すべくモーター電流偏差(ΔI)を適用するステップ(103)とを含む方法。 - 前記モーター電流偏差(ΔI)を適用するステップ(103)が、前記モーター電流偏差(ΔI)を少なくとも1個の基準モーター電流(I)に追加するか、又は前記少なくとも1個のモーター速度(N)に対する前記患者固有の血流(FL)を取得すべく前記モーター電流偏差(ΔI)を少なくとも1個の測定された患者固有モーター電流から減算するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のポンプ負荷の下での前記少なくとも1個のモーター速度(N)に対する前記患者固有モーター電流を測定するステップ(101)が、前記少なくとも1個のモーター速度(N)に対する最大又は最小患者固有モーター電流を測定するステップを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、新たなモーター電流偏差(ΔI)を計算するステップ(102)と、前記新たなモーター電流偏差(ΔI)を適用するステップ(103)により反復される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 各々の反復における次回の反復が所定の時間間隔で生起する、請求項4に記載の方法。

- 前記基準データが、前記血液ポンプを駆動する前記モーターの前記基準モーター電流(I)と、前記異なるポンプ負荷の下での前記少なくとも1個のモーター速度(N)に対する、前記ポンプを通過する液流(FL)の量の少なくとも一方を測定することにより取得される、請求項8~11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 血管内血液ポンプ(12,13)内の血流推定に用いる装置であって、
-試験環境内で取得された基準データの組から基準データを抽出(100)すべく適合されたインターフェースであって、前記基準データの組が第1のポンプ負荷を含む異なるポンプ負荷の下で少なくとも1個のモーター速度(N)に対して、前記血液ポンプを駆動するモーターの基準モーター電流(I)及び前記血液ポンプを通過する血流(FL)の量の両方を含むインターフェースと、
-前記血液ポンプを患者の体内に設置した後で、前記第1のポンプ負荷の下での少なくとも1個のモーター速度(N)に対する患者固有モーター電流を測定(101)すべく適合された測定部と、
-前記第1のポンプ負荷の下での前記基準モーター電流(I)と、前記第1のポンプ負荷の下での前記少なくとも1個のモーター速度(N)に対する患者固有モーター電流との差異として、モーター電流偏差(ΔI)を計算(102)すべく適合された計算部と、
-前記血液ポンプを通過する患者固有の血流(FL)量を推定すべくモーター電流偏差(ΔI)を適用(103)すべく適合された推定部とを含む装置。 - 前記血液ポンプが有線(18)駆動血液ポンプである、請求項13に記載の装置。
- コンピュータ上に実行された際に、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行すべくプログラミングされているコンピュータプログラム製品。
