Description
フローセラピー装置10が図1に示される。フローセラピー装置とは、使用者又は患者にガスの流れを供給するために使用され得る任意の種類の呼吸補助又は人工呼吸装置を意味し得る。例えば、フローセラピー装置は、ハイフローセラピー、非侵襲的換気療法(NIV:non-invasive ventilation)、持続陽圧呼吸(CPAP:continuous positive airway pressure)、バイレベル気道陽圧、低侵襲的換気療法(MIV:minimally invasive ventilation)、及び/又は他の種類の呼吸補助治療を提供するように構成された装置を含み得るがこれらに限定されない。装置10は、モータ/羽根車構成(例えば送風機)の形態のフロー発生器11と、任意の加湿器12と、コントローラ13と、ユーザインタフェース14(例えば、ディスプレイと、ボタン、タッチスクリーン等のような入力デバイスとを含む)と、を収容する主ハウジング1を含み得る。コントローラ13は、装置の動作を制御するように構成又はプログラムされ得る。例えば、コントローラは装置の構成要素を制御することができ、これには、患者に供給するためのガスの流れ(ガス流)を作成するためにフロー発生器11を動作させること、発生したガス流を加湿及び/又は加熱するために加湿器12(存在する場合)を動作させること、フロー発生器送風機への酸素の流れを制御すること、装置10の再構成及び/又はユーザ定義動作のためにユーザインタフェース14からユーザ入力を受信すること、並びにユーザに(例えば、ディスプレイ上で)情報を出力することが含まれるがこれらに限定されない。いくつかの構成では、酸素の流れは、送風機の下流のフローセラピー装置内に運ばれ得る。ユーザは、患者、医療関係者、又は装置の使用に関係するその他の者であり得る。本明細書で使用する場合、「ガス流」は、周囲空気の流れ、実質的に100%の酸素を含む流れ、周囲空気と酸素とのいくらかの組み合わせを含む流れ等のような、呼吸補助又は人工呼吸デバイスで使用され得る任意のガスの流れを意味し得る。
図2A~図8Fは、フローセラピー装置10のユーザインタフェース14のグラフィカルユーザインタフェース100の例を示す。グラフィカルユーザインタフェース100は、フローセラピー治療情報の表示及び患者の健康のインジケータを提供することができる。フローセラピー装置10は、患者に関連する情報を1つ以上のユーザインタフェース画面上に表示するように構成され得る。ユーザインタフェース100の各画面は、フローセラピーセッション及び患者に関連する1つ以上のインジケータを表示するように構成され得る。

Claims (14)
- 呼吸補助装置であって、
ハウジングと、
ディスプレイと、
酸素入口弁と、
1つ以上のプロセッサであって、
第1の複数のパラメータ表示要素を含むパラメータ表示部分を含み、各パラメータ表示要素は、当該呼吸補助装置のパラメータに関連するパラメータ値を表示するように構成されており、前記第1の複数のパラメータ表示要素は、前記パラメータ表示部分を実質的に満たすように第1の構成で配置される、グラフィカルユーザインタフェースを前記ディスプレイ上に生成し、
追加的パラメータ表示要素を前記パラメータ表示部分内に含めるための入力を受信し、前記追加的パラメータ表示要素は、追加的なパラメータに関連し、
前記追加的なパラメータに関連する前記追加的パラメータ表示要素を含むように前記パラメータ表示部分を修正し、前記パラメータ表示部分の修正は、
前記パラメータ表示部分内に前記追加的パラメータ表示要素を生成することと、
前記第1の複数のパラメータ表示要素のうちの1つ以上の形状を修正することと、
前記第1の複数のパラメータ表示要素及び前記追加的パラメータ表示要素を前記パラメータ表示部分内で位置決めし、第2の複数のパラメータ表示要素を形成することであって、前記第2の複数のパラメータ表示要素は、前記パラメータ表示部分内に第2の構成で配置される、ことと、を含み、
パラメータ値が前記第2の複数のパラメータ表示要素の前記パラメータ表示要素のうちの1つに関連するパラメータに関連する閾値を上回る又は下回るとき、第1の動作モードから第2の動作モードに移行し、前記第1の動作モードが前記第2の動作モードに移行するとき、前記プロセッサが、前記酸素入口弁を、規定値で酸素流量を提供する位置に設定するように構成され、
前記第1の動作モードから前記第2の動作モードへの前記移行の視覚表示を表示するようなコンピュータ可読命令で構成された1つ以上のプロセッサと、
を含む、呼吸補助装置。 - 前記入力は、周辺デバイスが当該呼吸補助装置に追加されたことの表示である、請求項1に記載の呼吸補助装置。
- 前記表示は、前記周辺デバイスが当該呼吸補助装置によって検出された後に自動的に生成される、請求項2に記載の呼吸補助装置。
- 前記追加的なパラメータは、前記周辺デバイスによって測定された患者パラメータである、請求項2又は3に記載の呼吸補助装置。
- 前記周辺デバイスは、パルスオキシメータ、CO2センサ、又は圧力センサのうちの少なくとも1つであり、
および/または、前記追加的なパラメータは、患者の血中酸素飽和度、脈拍数、呼吸数、灌流指数、CO2濃度、又は圧力のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸補助装置。 - 前記第2の複数のパラメータ表示要素が前記パラメータ表示部分を実質的に満たす、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸補助装置。
- 前記コンピュータ可読命令は更に、各パラメータに関連する優先値に基づいてパラメータ表示要素を配置するように前記プロセッサを構成する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸補助装置。
- 前記コンピュータ可読命令は更に、前記第2の複数のパラメータ表示要素のパラメータ表示要素のパラメータに関連する信頼値の視覚表示を表示するように前記プロセッサを構成する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸補助装置。
- 前記視覚表示は、前記パラメータ表示要素の表示パラメータ値の色を変化させ、
任意的に、前記信頼値が閾値を下回ると、前記パラメータ値はもはや表示されない、請求項8に記載の呼吸補助装置。 - 前記コンピュータ可読命令は更に、パラメータの動作値を変更するための入力をユーザから受信するように構成された入力コントロールを含むグラフィカルユーザインタフェースを表示するように前記プロセッサを構成し、
任意的に、パラメータの動作パラメータ値が修正された後、前記パラメータの前記パラメータ表示要素は、前記パラメータが修正値に移行するまで当該呼吸補助装置が前記パラメータを調整していることを示すグラフィカル表示を提供する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸補助装置。 - 各パラメータ表示要素は、異なる色に関連付けられている、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸補助装置。
- 周囲光を検知するように構成された周囲光センサを更に含み、前記コンピュータ可読命令は更に、前記周囲光センサの出力に基づいて前記ディスプレイの明るさを自動的に調整するように前記プロセッサを構成する、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸補助装置。
- 前記第1の複数のパラメータ表示要素の第1のパラメータ表示要素に関して、前記パラメータ値は第1のパラメータ値であり、前記パラメータは当該呼吸補助装置の第1のパラメータであり、前記第1のパラメータ表示要素は、当該呼吸補助装置の第2のパラメータに関連する第2のパラメータ値を前記第1のパラメータの前記第1のパラメータ値と併せて表示するように構成されている、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸補助装置。
- 前記第1のパラメータは一次パラメータであり、前記第2のパラメータは二次パラメータであり、前記二次パラメータは前記一次パラメータに関連し、
任意的に、前記一次パラメータ及び前記二次パラメータの両方は、第1の患者センサから受信したデータに基づいて決定される、請求項13に記載の呼吸補助装置。
