Claims (2)
- ロボット及び前記ロボットの駆動を制御するロボット側制御部を有するロボット側システムと、
前記ロボットに取り付けられた溶接ガン、及び溶接機側制御部を有する溶接機側システムと、を備え、
前記ロボット側システムに、
一箇所のスポット溶接作業あるいは複数のスポット溶接作業に要する所要溶接時間を予め記憶する記憶部と、
溶接開始指令が出されてから溶接完了指令を受けるまでの実溶接時間を計測する溶接時間計測部と、
前記記憶部に記憶された所要溶接時間と前記溶接時間計測部で計測した実溶接時間とを比較して良否を判定する比較判定部と、
を備える、スポット溶接システム。 - 前記ロボット側システムと前記溶接機側システムの間にPLCが介設されている、
請求項1に記載のスポット溶接システム。
