Description
また、金属アレルギーの発症や貴金属の相場に左右される価格高騰等の観点から、また天然歯の色調に模倣することができる審美性の観点から、アルミナ、アルミノシリケートガラス、二ケイ酸リチウムガラス等を用いたディッピング法やセラミックスインゴットを用いたプレス法などの技法により作製された補綴装置、いわゆるオールセラミックスが注目されてきており、それを用いた補綴修復も増加してきている。
このジルコニアブランクは4ユニット以上のブリッジフレームに用いられる曲げ強さを有することから、3mol%イットリウム含有の正方晶部分安定化ジルコニアブランクが実用化されている。この3モル%イットリウム含有ジルコニアブランクには、焼結性の向上と低温劣化の抑制のためアルミナを微量添加させている。また、臼歯フルクラウンに適用可能な光透過性を高めるために、極微量のアルミナを含有したジルコニアブランクも臨床で用いられている。更に安定化材として添加しているイットリウムの含有量を5~6mol%に増量させて、前歯のフルクラウンにも使用できるように光透過性を高く設計したジルコニアブランクも使用されてきている。
そのため、ジルコニアブランクから切削加工された天然歯の切端部と歯頸部の色調に再現できるように、切端部のエナメル色と歯頸部色に対応した異なる色調のジルコニア粉末を段階的に層状に重ね合わせて、色のグラデーションをつけた多層構造からなる歯科切削加工用ジルコニアブランクを成形する技術も用いられるようになってきた。
しかし、イットリウム含有量が5mol%以上のジルコニアブランクは透明性は向上するものの、強度が低下するという問題があり、4本ブリッジを越える症例に使用した場合、破切するなどの問題を抱えていた。
この一方で、3~4mol%のイットリウム含有量のジルコニアブランクは十分な透明性が得られないため、歯のエナメル部に相当する透明性を再現するのは困難であり、エナメル質に陶材と呼ばれるガラスを築盛する必要があった。しかし、この工程は非常に煩雑な工程であるとともに、技工士のテクニックを必要とするものであった。
一方、強度を向上させる目的で3mol%のイットリウム含有量のジルコニアにアルミナを0.2~2wt%含有させることにより焼結性を向上させる試みがされてきた。しかし、アルミナを含有するジルコニアには十分な透明性が得られないという問題があった。
一方、セミシンタージルコニアに着色材として支台歯を模倣して色をつける方法もある。この方法の中にはチタンの水溶性溶液を塗布してオペーク効果を持たせるものもあったが、チタンはジルコニアの焼結時に白濁を起こし、物性を低下させるという欠点があった。
(a)水溶性アルミニウム化合物及び/又は水溶性ランタン化合物:10~39wt%
(b)水:60~89wt%
(c)有機溶媒:1~20wt%
を含むことを特徴とするオペーク性付与液である。
本発明のオペーク性付与液は(a)水溶性アルミニウム化合物及び/又は水溶性ランタン化合物が酢酸アルミニウム、酢酸ランタンを含むことが好ましい。本発明のオペーク性付与液は(a)水溶性アルミニウム化合物及び/又は水溶性ランタン化合物が酢酸アルミニウム又は酢酸ランタンであることが好ましい。
本発明のオペーク性付与液は歯科切削加工用ジルコニアが鉄、エルビウム、コバルトなどが固溶したジルコニア粉末で着色されていることが好ましい。
本発明は、本発明のオペーク性付与液を歯科切削加工用ジルコニアから切削加工された補綴装置の内面のみに塗布することを特徴とするオペーク性付与方法である。
本発明のオペーク性付与方法は、歯科切削加工用ジルコニアから切削加工された補綴装置がクラウン又はブリッジであることが好ましい。
本発明のオペーク性付与液に含まれる(a)成分:水溶性アルミニウム化合物及び/又は水溶性ランタン化合物の水溶性アルミニウム化合物は水に溶解するものであれば、溶解度の程度に関係なくいずれのアルミニウム化合物でも用いることができる。その中でも乳酸塩、エチレンジアミン四酢酸アルミニウム、酸化酒石酸アルミニウム水和物、クエン酸アルミニウムナトリウム、クエン酸アルミニウムカリウム、塩化酸化アルミニウム、クエン酸アルミニウム、オキシ酢酸アルミニウム、オキシ過塩素酸アルミニウム、オキシサリチル酸アルミニウム、三塩化アルミニウム、三臭化アルミニウム、水酸化アルミニウム、オキシ炭酸二アルミニウム、オキシ硝酸アルミニウム、硫酸アルミニウム、硝酸アルミニウムなどが挙げられ、エチレンジアミン四酢酸塩が特に好ましい。これらの水溶性アルミニウム化合物は単独だけでなく、複数を組み合わせて用いることができる。
本発明のオペーク性付与液に含まれている水は特に限定されないが、イオン交換水、日本薬局方精製水および日本薬局方蒸留水等を用いることできる。本発明のオペーク性付与液に含まれている水の含有量は特に制限はないものの、60~89wt%の範囲が好ましく、より好ましくは65~79wt%の範囲である。含有量が少ない場合は(a) 水溶性アルミニウム化合物及び/又は水溶性ランタン化合物の溶解性が悪くなり、配合量が多い場合はオペーク性付与の効果が少なくなる。
そのため補綴装置を切削加工により作製する歯科切削加工用ジルコニアの相対密度(完全焼結体の密度を100%としたとき半焼結体の見かけ上の密度を相対密度と定義)は45~60%であることが好ましい。相対密度が45%未満ではCAD/CAM加工機による加工性が悪くなる場合がある。一方、相対密度が60%を越える場合は、塗布したオペーク性付与液が浸透しにくいという問題がある場合がある。また予備焼結体が多孔質であるという観点から歯科切削加工用ジルコニアブランクの比表面積は10~200cm2/gの範囲であることが好ましい。比表面積が10cm2/g未満であるとオペーク性付与液の浸透が十分でない場合があり、一方比表面積が200cm2/gを越えるとCAD/CAM加工機による切削性悪くなる場合がある。
着色液を使用することなく、透明性のみを調整することがで、塗布した部分のみオペーク性を付与することができる。
曲げ試験体の測定にあたっては、歯科切削加工用ジルコニアとして「松風ディスクZR ルーセントFA スーパーライト色」(イットリア安定化材5mol%)を利用して、幅4.8、厚み1.6mm、長さ20mmの試験体を切削加工して作製した。これを用いて各種実施例及び比較例に記載のオペーク性付与液を片側にだけ塗布した。その後、80℃で1時間十分に乾燥を行った。さらに説明書記載の方法に従い最終係留温度1450℃で2時間の係留を行い焼結した。その試験体をオペーク塗布液面に引張応力がかかるように、3点曲げ試験を行った。なお、試験方法はISO6872-2015に準拠した。
なお、比較例1はオペーク性付与液を未使用で測定を行った。
実施例1~14は比較例1に比べてオペーク効果が十分出ている。70以下のオペーク効果があれば塗布効果があると臨床的に有用である。一方、比較例2は構成成分(a)の量が少なく、オペーク効果が少ない。また、比較例3はオペーク効果があるものの、曲げ強度の低下が著しい。比較例4は塗布性が悪く、臨床的に使用し難いと判断した。
Claims (5)
- 歯科切削加工用ジルコニアから切削加工された補綴装置に用いるオペーク性付与液であって、
(a)水溶性アルミニウム化合物及び/又は水溶性ランタン化合物:10~39wt%
(b)水:60~89wt%
(c)有機溶媒:1~20wt%
を含み、
(c)有機溶媒がポリエチレングリコール及び/又はグリセリンであることを特徴とするオペーク性付与液。 - (a)水溶性アルミニウム化合物及び/又は水溶性ランタン化合物が酢酸アルミニウム、酢酸ランタンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオペーク性付与液。
- 歯科切削加工用ジルコニアが鉄、エルビウム、コバルトが固溶したジルコニア粉末で着色されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のオペーク性付与液。
- 請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のオペーク性付与液を歯科切削加工用ジルコニアから切削加工された補綴装置の内面のみに塗布することを特徴とするオペーク性付与方法。
- 歯科切削加工用ジルコニアから切削加工された補綴装置がクラウン又はブリッジであることを特徴する請求項4に記載のオペーク性付与方法。
