Description
本願の二次電池において、負極がケイ素系材料を含み、電解液中の有機溶媒が特定の含有量のエチレンカーボネート(EC)とエチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)を含み、上記物質の相乗作用により、二次電池は、良好な高温貯蔵性能及び高温サイクル性能を有する。本願の装置は、前記二次電池を備えるため、少なくとも前記二次電池と同じ利点を有する。

二次電池の60℃で30日間貯蔵後の体積膨張率(%)=[(V2?V1)/V1]×100%。
(2)高温サイクル性能測定
二次電池の45℃で800回サイクル後の容量維持率(%)=(二次電池の800回サイクル後の放電容量/二次電池の初回サイクルの放電容量)×100%。
Claims (16)
- 負極シート及び電解液を有し、前記負極シートが負極集電体と負極集電体の少なくとも一つの表面に配置され且つ負極活性材料を含有する負極フィルムとを備え、前記電解液が電解質塩及び有機溶媒を有する二次電池であって、
前記負極活性材料は、ケイ素系材料を含み、
前記有機溶媒は、エチレンカーボネート(EC)及びエチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)を含み、前記有機溶媒における前記エチレンカーボネート(EC)の重量占有率が≦10%であり、前記有機溶媒における前記エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)の重量占有率が70%~95%であり、
前記電解質塩は、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPF 6 )及びビスフルオロスルホニルイミドリチウム(LiFSI)を含み、且つ、前記ビスフルオロスルホニルイミドリチウム(LiFSI)の濃度は、0.8mol/L~1.3mol/Lである、
ことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記有機溶媒における前記エチレンカーボネート(EC)の重量占有率が≦5%である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記有機溶媒における前記エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)の重量占有率は、75%~95%である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記有機溶媒における前記エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)の重量占有率は、85%~95%である、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ビスフルオロスルホニルイミドリチウム(LiFSI)の濃度は、0.9mol/L~1.1mol/Lである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記有機溶媒は、ジメチルカーボネート(DMC)、ジエチルカーボネート(DEC)のうちの1種類又は複数種類をさらに含み、
前記有機溶媒における前記ジメチルカーボネート(DMC)及び/又はジエチルカーボネート(DEC)の質量占有率が≦10%である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電解液は、添加剤をさらに含み、前記添加剤は、フルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)、ビニルサルフェート(DTD)、1,3-プロパンスルトン(PS)、1,3-プロペニル-スルトン(PST)、ビニレンカーボネート(VC)、無水コハク酸(SA)、トリス(トリメチルシラン)ボレート(TMSB)、トリス(トリメチルシラン)ホスフェート(TMSP)、リチウムジフルオロオキサレートボレート(LiDFOB)、リチウムジフルオロビスオキサレートホスフェート(LiDFOP)のうちの1種類又は複数種類を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電解液の25℃での導電率は、7mS/cm~9.5mS/cmであり、及び/又は、
前記電解液の25℃での粘度は、3.5mPa.s~5.5mPa.sである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電解液の25℃での導電率は、7.5mS/cm~9.0mS/cmであり、及び/又は、
前記電解液の25℃での粘度は、4mPa.s~5mPa.sである、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ケイ素系材料は、単体ケイ素、ケイ素炭素複合体、ケイ素酸素化合物、ケイ素窒素化合物、ケイ素合金のうちの1種類又は複数種類を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記負極活性材料は、炭素材料をさらに含み、前記炭素材料は、天然黒鉛、人造黒鉛、ソフトカーボン、ハードカーボンのうちの1種類又は複数種類を含む、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記負極活性材料における前記ケイ素系材料の質量占有率が≧15%である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記負極活性材料における前記ケイ素系材料の質量占有率は、20%~40%である、
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。 - 前記二次電池は、正極シートをさらに含み、前記正極シートは、正極集電体と正極集電体の少なくとも一つの表面に設けられ且つ正極活性材料を含有する正極フィルムとを備え、前記正極活性材料は、リチウムニッケルコバルトマンガン酸素化合物、リチウムニッケルコバルトアルミニウム酸化物のうちの1種類又は複数種類を含み、
前記正極活性材料は、一般式 LiaNibCocMdM’eOfAg又は少なくとも一部の表面に被覆層が設けられたLiaNibCocMdM’eOfAgのうちの1種類又は複数種類を含み、ここで、0.8≦a≦1.2、0.5≦b<1、0<c<1、0<d<1、0≦e≦0.1、1≦f≦2、0≦g≦1であり、Mは、Mn、Alから選択される1種類又は複数種類であり、M’は、Zr、Al、Zn、Cu、Cr、Mg、Fe、V、Ti、Bから選択される1種類又は複数種類であり、Aは、N、F、S、Clから選択される1種類又は複数種類である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記正極活性材料は、リチウムニッケル酸化物、リチウムマンガン酸化物、リン酸鉄リチウム、リン酸マンガンリチウム、リン酸マンガン鉄リチウム、コバルト酸リチウム及びその改質化合物のうちの1種類又は複数種類をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の二次電池。 - 請求項1乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池を備える、
ことを特徴とする装置。
