- 複数のMOSFETが2つ以上の導電性金属板間に接続されている、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- 追加の複数のMOSFETが2つ以上の導電性金属板の別の組の間に接続されている、請求項9に記載の電池管理システム。
- 複数の電流検出抵抗器が2つ以上の導電性金属板間に接続されている、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- 複数の電流検出抵抗器が別の2つ以上の導電性金属板間に接続されている、請求項6に記載の電池管理システム。
- 2つ以上の導電性金属板は、第1導電性金属板、第2導電性金属板、第3導電性金属板、及び第4導電性金属板を備え、ここで、1つ以上のMOSFETが第1導電性金属板と第2導電性金属板との間に接続され、1つ以上のMOSFETが第2導電性金属板と第3導電性金属板との間に接続され、1つ以上の電流検出抵抗器が第3導電性金属板と第4導電性金属板との間に接続されている、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- 複数のMOSFETが第1導電性金属板と第2導電性金属板との間に接続され、複数のMOSFETが第2導電性金属板と第3導電性金属板との間に接続され、複数の電流検出抵抗器が第3導電性金属板と第4導電性金属板との間に接続されている、請求項13に記載の電池管理システム。
- 第1導電性金属板に接続された負の電池端子をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- PCBに接続された正の電池端子をさらに備える、請求項15に記載の電池管理システム。
- 第4導電性金属板に接続された負の電池端子をさらに備える、請求項16に記載の電池管理システム。
- 1つ以上のMOSFET及び1つ以上の電流検出抵抗器に電気的に接続されているBMSコントローラをさらに備える、請求項17に記載の電池管理システム。
- 2つ以上の導電性金属板をPCBに固定するために、2つ以上の導電性金属板は、PCBの1つ以上の導電性金属パッドにはんだ付けされている、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- 2つ以上の導電性金属板は、銅板で作製されている、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- 1つ以上の導電性金属パッドが銅材料で作製されている、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- 2つ以上の導電性金属板の縁部が1つ以上の導電性金属パッドと接続して2つ以上の導電性金属パッドをPCBへ固定するように、1つ以上の導電性金属パッドがPCBに配置されている、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- 2つ以上の導電性金属板が2つ以上の導電性金属板の下面又は下によって1つ以上の導電性金属パッドと接続されて、2つ以上の導電性金属板をPCBへ固定するように、1つ以上の導電性金属パッドがPCBに配置されている、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- 1つ以上の導電性金属パッドは、複数の導電性金属層を備える、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- 2つ以上の導電性金属板をPCBに接続する複数の導電性金属パッドをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- 1つ以上の導電性金属パッドは、単一の金属層を備える、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。

- 2つ以上の斜めに配向された導電性金属板はそれぞれ、PCBの縁部に対して斜めに配向された中心軸を有する、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。
- 2つ以上の斜めに配向された導電性金属板はそれぞれ、BMSの1つ以上の電子部品を収容する1つ以上の斜めに配向された縁部を有する、請求項1に記載の電池管理システム。

を備えた、プリント回路基板。 - 電池保守システム(BMS)で使用するためのプリント回路基板を製造する方法であって、該製造方法は、
2つ以上の離間された導電性金属板をプリント回路基板(PCB)に適用することと、
PCBにおける2つ以上の導電性金属板の隣接し離間された縁部をPCBの縁部に対して斜めの軸に沿って配向することと、
を備えた製造方法。 - 2つ以上の導電性金属板の離間したそれぞれの縁部を橋渡しして、BMSの1つ以上の電気部品を接続することをさらに備える、請求項36に記載の製造方法。
- 1つ以上のリチウムイオン電池セルと、
1つ以上のリチウムイオン電池セルと電気的に直列に接続される電池管理システム(BMS)と、を備えるリチウムイオン電池であって、
BMSは、
2つ以上の離間された導電性金属板で、それぞれのPCBの縁部に対して斜めの軸に沿って配向された離間した縁部を有する導電性金属板を有するプリント回路基板(PCB)と、
それぞれの斜めに配向された離間した縁部を橋渡しする、BMSの1つ以上の電子部品と、を備える、
リチウムイオン電池。
