Claims (6)
- ガス排出穴を通気性防水シートで閉塞してなる外装ケース内に電池のコアパックを収納してなる電池パックであって、
前記通気性防水シートを被覆する意匠シートを前記外装ケースに固定しており、
さらに、前記外装ケースが、前記意匠シートを固定してなる接着面にガス溝を有し、
前記ガス溝が、前記通気性防水シートの排出側に連通されており、
前記外装ケースが、前記ガス排出穴の外周縁の外側には、前記通気性防水シートを付着してなる第1の接着面を有し、
さらに前記第1の接着面の外周縁の外側には、前記意匠シートを付着する第2の接着面を有し、
前記第2の接着面には前記ガス溝を設けてなり、
前記第2の接着面の内側に前記第1の接着面が配置されて、前記第2の接着面に付着してなる前記意匠シートは前記第1の接着面に付着してなる前記通気性防水シートよりも大面積で、前記通気性防水シートの全面を被覆してなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載される電池パックであって、
前記第2の接着面に複数列のガス溝を設けてなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項2に記載される電池パックであって、
前記ガス溝が格子状に配置されてなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載される電池パックであって、
前記外装ケースの表面に大凹部を設けて、
前記大凹部の底部を前記第2の接着面としており、さらに、
前記第2の接着面に小凹部を設けて、
前記小凹部の底面を前記第1の接着面としてなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項4に記載される電池パックであって、
前記大凹部が、前記意匠シートの厚さよりも深く、
前記意匠シートの表面が外装ケースの表面から突出しない状態で、前記第2の接着面に付着されてなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項4又は5に記載される電池パックであって、
前記小凹部が、前記通気性防水シートの厚さよりも深く、
前記通気性防水シートと前記意匠シートとの間に空気層を設けて、前記空気層をガス溝に連通してなることを特徴とする電池パック。
