Claims (9)
- 繊維強化プラスチックから部品を製造する方法であって、
型表面(4)を有する成形型(2)を用意する(16)ステップ、
乾燥繊維を含むテキスタイル半完成品の第1層(6)を前記型表面(4)上に位置決めする(18)ステップ、
導電性の樹脂透過性格子の第2層(8)を前記第1層(6)上に配置する(20)ステップ、
最上層構造体(12)を配置する(22)ステップ、
モールドを形成するために前記第1層(6)と前記第2層(8)と前記最上層構造体(12)とを含む層構造体(6、8、12)を型締デバイス(14)によって封止する(24)ステップ、
全ての前記層に樹脂を浸透(30)させるために前記モールドに前記樹脂を導入する(28)ステップ、及び
前記部品を硬化(32)し、取り出す(34)ステップであって、前記部品を硬化するステップは、前記成形型(2)を加熱することを含み、且つ、前記第1層(6)は、硬化前又は硬化中において未硬化の樹脂を含むステップ
を含み、
前記第1層(6)は、前記部品の外面に樹脂層を提供するように構成されており、
前記第1層(6)に含まれる前記未硬化の樹脂は、前記部品の硬化のために前記成形型(2)を加熱している最中に崩壊又は分解するように構成された材料を含み、前記第1層(6)に含まれる前記未硬化の樹脂は、硬化前に少なくとも一部、前記層構造体(6、8、12)における残りの層(8,12)中に放出される、方法。 - 前記モールドを真空引きする(26)ステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性の樹脂透過性格子(8)は金属材料の織布である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性の樹脂透過性格子(8)は金属材料の3次元格子である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属材料は銅又は青銅である、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1層(6)は不織繊維を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1層(6)の前記繊維は短繊維である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性の樹脂透過性格子(8)と前記最上層構造体(12)との間に中間層(10)を配する(36)ステップを更に含み、前記中間層(10)は非導電性繊維を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中間層(10)の前記繊維はガラス繊維である、請求項8に記載の方法。
