Claims (6)
- 弧状の裏材層、該裏材層上に複数の突起部を備える構造体であって、各突起部は端面を有し、全ての前記端面は共通面を画定し、前記裏材層の硬度は、該構造体の少なくとも1つの端部の方向において変動し、
前記突起部の高さが、前記構造体の中心における最小高さから前記構造体の縁部における最大高さまで、前記構造体の幅にわたって変動しており、前記共通面は平面とされることを特徴とする、構造体。 - 前記裏材層は、異なる弾性率の少なくとも2つの領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項1のいずれか一項に記載の構造体。
- 前記領域は、層として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の構造体。
- 前記構造体は、柱状体タイプの設計であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の構造体。
- 請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の構造体を製造する方法であって、
a)前記突起部及び前記裏材層を備える前記構造体の負構造を備える金型を準備するステップと、
b)その寸法において、製造される前記裏材層の領域に対応する更なる本体を準備するステップと、
c)前記金型に硬化性前駆体を導入するステップと、
d)前記金型に前記更なる本体を導入するステップと、
e)前記前駆体を硬化するステップと、
f)前記金型から前記構造体を除外するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 乾燥付着のための請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の構造体の使用。
