Description
Claims (14)
- 印刷ヘッド(8)を有する少なくとも1つの印刷装置(2)と、スキージ装置(9)と、該スキージ装置(9)に対応配置された、印刷スクリーン(11)を収容するためのスクリーン収容部(10)とを備えたプリント基板、ウェハ、太陽電池、キャリア基板、キャリアプレート、焼結プレート等のような基板上に三次元に成形される構造体を印刷するための印刷システム(1)であって、
スクリーン供給装置(25)が設けられていて、該スクリーン供給装置(25)が、複数の印刷スクリーン(11)を保管するための少なくとも1つのスクリーンマガジン(3)と、該スクリーンマガジン(3)から前記スクリーン収容部(10)に、かつ該スクリーン収容部(10)から前記スクリーンマガジン(3)に1つの印刷スクリーン(11)を搬送するための搬送装置(4)とを有し、
前記搬送装置(4)が、それぞれ1つの印刷スクリーン(11)を搬送するための可動の、少なくとも1つの搬送アーム(16)を有し、
前記スクリーンマガジン(3)が、1つのスクリーン貯蔵部(14)を送るための、または複数のスクリーン貯蔵部(14)のうちの1つのスクリーン貯蔵部(14)から1つの印刷スクリーン(11)を送るための少なくとも1つの押し装置(24)を有していることを特徴とする、印刷システム(1)。 - 重なった複数の印刷層を、同一の印刷スクリーン(11)または種々異なる印刷スクリーン(11)により製造するために、前記印刷ヘッド(8)および/または印刷テーブル(5)が高さ調節可能である、請求項1に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記搬送装置(4)が、前記印刷装置(2)に、前記印刷ヘッド(8)または前記印刷テーブル(5)に、または前記印刷装置(2)のケーシングに配置されている、請求項2に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記搬送装置(4)が、前記スクリーンマガジン(3)に配置されている、請求項2または請求項3に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記搬送装置(4)が、前記スクリーンマガジン(3)と前記印刷テーブル(5)との間に配置されていて、前記スクリーンマガジン(3)および前記印刷テーブル(5)とは別個に形成されている、請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記搬送アームが多関節の搬送アーム(16)である、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記スクリーンマガジン(3)が、それぞれ1つの印刷スクリーン(11)を収容するための、上下に重なって配置された複数のスクリーン貯蔵部(14)を有している、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記搬送装置(4)が、前記スクリーン貯蔵部(14)または前記搬送アーム(16)を高さ方向に移動させるための昇降装置(18,21)を有している、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記押し装置(24)が、前記複数のスクリーン貯蔵部(14)のうちの1つのスクリーン貯蔵部(14)から前記スクリーン収容部(10)内に、かつ/または該スクリーン収容部(10)から前記複数のスクリーン貯蔵部(14)のうちの1つのスクリーン貯蔵部(14)内に、選択された1つの印刷スクリーン(11)をスライドさせるように形成されている、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記スクリーンマガジン(3)が、前記印刷装置(2)に配置されている、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記スクリーンマガジン(3)が、前記印刷装置(2)に並んで該印刷装置(2)から離隔して配置されている、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記搬送装置(4)が、1つの印刷スクリーン(11)を保持しかつ搬送するために、制御可能な少なくとも1つのグリッパ(17)を、前記搬送アーム(16)の自由端に有している、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記スクリーンマガジン(3)が、前記スクリーンマガジン(3)内の前記印刷スクリーン(11)を空気調整するためのコンディショニング装置(23)を有している、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
- 複数の同一の印刷スクリーン(11)および/または種々異なる印刷スクリーン(11)を有している、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
