Claims (12)

スイッチ(370)は、薬剤の用量を設定するための薬物送達デバイス(100)の用量設定機構(10)および/または薬剤の用量を投薬するための薬物送達デバイス(100)の用量投薬機構(20)の動作に応答して、開閉するように構成されており、
電気回路(300)の閉鎖および/または開放によりワイヤレス信号のパルス(381)が生成され、
スイッチ(370)は、用量を設定するための用量設定動作および/または用量を投薬するための用量投薬動作中に、周期的に電気回路(300)を閉じその後開くように構成されており、
スイッチ(370)は、フィードバック機構(251)を有し用量設定動作および/または用量投薬動作中に動作するように構成されているクリッカ機構(250)に動作可能に連結されており、スイッチ(370)はフィードバック機構(251)によって起動されるように配置されており、
各パルス(381)は、用量設定機構(10)によって設定されたおよび/または用量投薬機構(20)によって投薬された、薬剤の量に対応しており、パルス(381)の総数が薬剤の総量に比例するようになっている、無線周波数識別(RFID)デバイス(380ほか)と、を含む、前記用量追跡機構(302)。 - フィードバック機構(251)は、用量設定動作または用量送達動作中に聴覚的または触覚的フィードバックを生成するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- スイッチ(370)はクリッカ機構(250)と一体に形成されている、請求項1に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- 用量設定機構(10)または用量投薬機構(20)は、用量設定動作または用量投薬動作中にフィードバック機構(251)に係合して無線周波数識別(RFID)デバイス(380ほか)のスイッチ(370)を連続的に起動するように構成されている1つまたはそれ以上の起動構成(238)を含み、スイッチ(370)は、フィードバック機構(251)に係合した起動構成(238)の1つまたはそれ以上の各々について1つのパルス(381)が生成されるように、電気回路(300)を閉じその後開くようになっている、請求項1または2に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- 用量設定機構(10)は、用量設定動作中に設定された用量に比例して移動するように構成されており、かつ/または、用量投薬機構(20)は、用量投薬動作中に投薬された用量に比例して移動するように構成されており、1つまたはそれ以上の起動構成(238)は、スイッチ(370)を、該スイッチ(370)が用量設定機構(10)および/または用量投薬機構(20)の動きの各段について1つのパルス(381)を生成するよう動作させるように構成されており、該パルス(381)の数は設定または投薬された用量の量を示すようになっている、請求項4に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- 用量設定機構(10)は、ハウジング(201)に対してらせん状に回転するように構成されている用量ダイヤルスリーブ(230)を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- 用量ダイヤルスリーブ(230)は、スイッチ(370)に係合するように構成されている1つまたはそれ以上の起動構成(238)を含み、該起動構成(238)のうちの1つまたはそれ以上の各々は、用量設定動作中に用量ダイヤルスリーブ(230)によって示される設定された用量に対応している、請求項6に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- 用量投薬機構(20)は、用量投薬動作中にハウジング(201)に対して移動するように構成されているピストンロッド(210)を含み、用量投薬機構(20)は、スイッチ(370)に係合するように構成されている1つまたはそれ以上の起動構成(238)を含み、該起動構成(238)の1つまたはそれ以上の各々はピストンロッド(210)の動きの量に対応している、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- 無線周波数識別(RFID)デバイス(380ほか)は、外部の無線周波数識別(RFID)リーダ(390)から無線周波数(RF)エネルギー(391)が受け取られたときにワイヤレス信号を送信するように構成されているパッシブ型無線周波数識別(RFID)デバイス(380ほか)である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- 電源(392)を含み、無線周波数識別(RFID)デバイス(380ほか)は、スイッチ(370)が電気回路(300)を閉じたときに電源(392)から電力を受け取るように、および該受け取った電力を使用してワイヤレス信号を送信するように構成されている、アクティブ型無線周波数識別(RFID)デバイス(380ほか)である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- ワイヤレス信号は、薬物送達デバイス(100)またはその中に含まれている薬剤に関連する識別情報を含む、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の用量追跡機構(302)。
- 薬物送達デバイス(100)が注射した用量の標示をワイヤレスで追跡するための方法であって:
用量投薬動作中の薬物送達デバイス(100)の用量投薬機構(20)の動きの1単位ごとまたは用量設定動作中の薬物送達デバイス(100)の用量設定機構(10)の動きの1単位ごとに1回、電気回路(300)中のスイッチ(370)を切り替えることによって、無線周波数識別(RFID)デバイス(380ほか)の電気回路(300)を開き次いで閉じることと;
電気回路(300)が閉じるたびに、無線周波数識別(RFID)デバイス(380ほか)のアンテナ(301)を介してワイヤレス信号のパルス(381)を送信することと、を含み、無線周波数識別(RFID)デバイス(380ほか)は、用量設定動作中に設定されたまたは用量投薬動作中に投薬された薬剤の用量の量に比例する数のパルス(381)を送信する、前記方法。
