1.使用者は、次の注射に対する適正な満期日を忘れることがある。これは特に、医薬品の間隔が1日より長い場合、たとえば週2回、1日おき、隔週、またはたとえば1週目は2回、2週目は1日おき、3週目以降2日、2日、3日の間隔などの治療特有の間隔の場合に当てはまる。
2.使用者は、自動注射器のキャップを取り外してから注射を実行するまでの間に時間をあけすぎて、その結果、針の詰まりおよび/またはデバイスの機能停止が生じることがある。
3.使用者が、注射の終了後に保持時間(「休止時間」としても知られる)を実施しない。

Claims (15)
- 薬物送達デバイスであって:
本体および該本体内に配置された可動の構成要素と;
選択された投与量に応じて本体内の可動の構成要素の位置を設定する、投与量選択および注射機構と;
本体内の可動の構成要素の位置を示す信号を出力するように構成された非接触センサと;
非接触センサから出力された信号を受信し、該信号に基づいて、可動の構成要素が、選択されていない投与量に対応する本体内の初期位置にあるか、または選択された投与量位置にあるかを判定するように構成されたプロセッサであって、可動の構成要素のその位置が選択された投与量位置から初期位置に戻るように変化したと判定したとき、プロセッサは、薬物送達デバイスの休止時間に関して使用者に通知するインジケーションを出力させるように構成される、プロセッサと;
を含み、
ここで、非接触センサは静電容量式センサであり、本体と、可動の構成要素と、投与量選択および注射機構とは、少なくとも、静電容量式センサの誘電体層の一部を形成し;
プロセッサは、投与量が選択されておらず、可動の構成要素が本体内の初期位置にあるとき、静電容量式センサの静電容量を測定し、測定された静電容量を基準値として記憶し、投与量が選択されるときの静電容量変化を検出し、注射に起因する更なる静電容量変化を検出し、測定された静電容量が基準値と相関しているとき、注射の終了を決定するように更に構成される、前記薬物送達デバイス。 - 表示ユニットを更に含み、ここで、インジケーションを出力させることは、1つまたはそれ以上のグラフィック要素を表示ユニット上に表示させることを含み、グラフィック要素は休止時間の進行を伝える、請求項1に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 送信ユニットを更に含み、ここで、インジケーションを出力させることは、1つまたはそれ以上の信号を送信ユニットによって送信させることを含み、信号は休止時間の進行を伝える、請求項1または2に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 送信ユニットは、データを1つまたはそれ以上の外部デバイスに送信するための無線ユニットである、請求項3に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 本体と、可動の構成要素と、投与量選択および注射機構の部材とは、可動の構成要素が、選択されていない投与量に対応する本体内の初期位置にあるか、または選択された投与量位置にあるかを検出するのに十分な静電容量式センサの誘電率を得るように選択された1つまたはそれ以上の材料から作られ、1つまたはそれ以上の選択された材料は、プラスチックおよび金属を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 投与量選択および注射機構の少なくとも1つの可動の部材は金属から作られ、該金属は、静電容量式センサの誘電特性に影響を及ぼす場合があり、投与量選択機構の少なくとも1つの金属部材は、薬物送達デバイスの注射機構の駆動ばねである、請求項5に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 静電容量式センサは、少なくとも2つの導電性部材の対向するセットを含み、第1の部材は、本体の外側の少なくとも一部の上に配置される層である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 少なくとも2つの導電性部材のうちの第2の部材は、本体の外側の少なくとも一部の上に、第1の部材に対向して配置される層である、請求項7に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 少なくとも2つの導電性部材のうちの第2の部材は、本体内に、第1の部材に対向して配置され、本体と、可動の構成要素と、投与量選択および注射機構とは、少なくとも部分的に、第1の部材と第2の部材との間に配置される、請求項7または8に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 投与量選択および注射機構は、選択された投与量のためのディスプレイを含み、該ディスプレイは、投与量選択のための回転可能な構成要素に連結され、該回転可能な構成要素は、本体に対し可動の構成要素を変位させるための変位機構に連結される、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- プロセッサは、薬物送達デバイスの休止時間の終了を使用者に通知するインジケーションを出力させるように更に構成される、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- プロセッサは、薬物送達デバイスの休止時間の開始および/または終了時にインジケータ信号を出力させるように構成される、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 薬物送達デバイスは動力式の自動注射器であり、動力式の自動注射器の投薬機構は、予圧されたばねによって動力を供給される、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- プロセッサは、注射に関する情報、特に注射の日時を記録するように更に構成される、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 薬剤を含む、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
