Abstract
Description
外殻を構成するハウジングと、
ユーザ側から用量を設定するために回転可能な用量設定機構と、
用量設定に際して、設定された用量のサイズを表示するように用量設定機構と結合された、回転可能なスケールドラムとを備える。用量を設定する際に、スケールドラムは回転して「ゼロ」の初期位置から離れていき、設定用量を吐き出す際には、逆回転して再び「ゼロ」の位置へと戻ろうとする。「ゼロ」の位置から離れていく形でなされる用量の設定は、ユーザ側から用量設定機構を操作することで行われる。その際に、ねじりばねも引っ張られていくことになる一方、「ゼロ」の位置への復帰動作は、ねじりばねによって駆動される。
「注射ペン」は、典型的には、筆記用の万年筆のような縦長の又は細長い形状を有する注射装置である。このようなペンは通常、管状の断面を有するが、三角形、長方形又は正方形、若しくはこれらの形状に近い任意の変形などの異なる断面を容易に有することができる。

Claims (11)
- 投与終了フィードバック機構を有して、設定された各種用量の薬剤を配分する注射装置であって、
ハウジング(25、25A−C)と、
吐出される用量を設定するために回転操作が可能な用量設定機構と、
前記用量設定機構に結合された回転可能なスケールドラム(30)であって、用量を設定する際には、前記ハウジング(25、25A−C)に対して固定された第2の表面(65、77)に、スケールドラム(30)の第1の表面(36、38)が当接した状態となる初期位置から離れて回転し、用量を吐出する際には逆回転して前記初期位置に復帰するように構成されるスケールドラム(30)と、
用量を設定する際にねじれ方向に引っ張られ、設定用量を吐き出す際には、引張のトルクを利用して前記スケールドラム(30)を初期位置に回転復帰させるねじりばね(10)と、
注射後に、回転可能な前記スケールドラム(30)が、前記初期位置に復帰した際に、可聴フィードバック信号をユーザに報知する投与終了機構とを備え、
更に、停止手段(34、64;39、67、71)を備え、停止手段は、前記スケールドラム(30)の前記第1の表面(36、38)が前記第2の表面(65、77)に当接した状態になる初期位置に前記スケールドラム(30)が到達する前に、前記ねじりばねに基づく前記スケールドラム(30)の回転を停止するとともに、前記スケールドラム(30)に作用するトルクが閾値を超えている場合には、前記停止手段(34、64;39、67、71)を超えて前記スケールドラム(30)が移動して回転を継続可能に構成される、注射装置。 - 前記停止手段(34、64;39、67、71)が前記スケールドラム(30)に設けられた第1の要素(34、39)と、前記ハウジング(25、25A−C)に回転不能に結合される第2の要素(64、67、71)とを備え、前記スケールドラム(30)に作用するトルクが閾値を超えて、前記スケールドラム(30)が初期位置に復帰可能な場合には、前記第1の要素(34、39)と前記第2の要素(64、67、71)との係合が解放される、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 前記スケールドラム(30)の回転を停止する前記停止手段(34、64;39、67、71)が、前記注射装置の軸方向可動部を近位方向に延伸する延伸部(71)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の注射装置。
- 前記可動部が、注射の間、カートリッジ(26)に対して軸方向に移動する針ホルダ(70)である、請求項3に記載の注射装置。
- 前記注射装置が、軸方向の移動中の前記延伸部(71)をロックするロック手段(67、71、72)を備える、請求項3又は請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記ロック手段(67、71、72)が、伸縮可能に可動であるシールド(80)上にフック(67)を備える、請求項5に記載の注射装置。
- 前記シールド(80)及び前記針ホルダ(70)が注射の間に軸方向に移動する、請求項6に記載の注射装置。
- 前記スケールドラム(30)の回転を停止する前記停止手段が、前記スケールドラム(30)上に止め具(34)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の注射装置。
- 前記止め具(34)が、前記ハウジング(25)に固定された可撓性アーム(61)によって抑止される、請求項8に記載の注射装置。
- 前記可撓性アーム(61)が遠位方向を向いた突起(63)を自由端に備える、請求項9に記載の注射装置。
- 前記スケールドラム(30)が座繰り部(31)を備える、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
