前記電池セルの厚さが100μm~170μm、前記第1接着フィルムの厚さが330μm~510μm、前記第2接着フィルムの厚さが310μm~500μmであるという設定範囲内で、前記第1接着フィルムの厚さと前記第2接着フィルムの厚さとの関係式を、0.0007x2-0.4297x+374.2≦y≦0.0034x2-1.0297x+314.19を満足させるようにし、ここで、xは第1接着フィルムの厚さ、yは第2接着フィルムの厚さであり、
それぞれの前記溶接ストリップの一端は、隣接する2つの前記電池セルのうちの一つの前面に設けられ、それぞれの前記溶接ストリップの他端は、隣接する2つの前記電池セルのうちのもう一つの裏面に設けられ、前記第1接着フィルムの厚さ及び第2接着フィルムの厚さに基づいて、それぞれの前記溶接ストリップの厚さの設定範囲は、200μm~400μmであり、
前記第1接着フィルムと前記第2接着フィルムの少なくとも一方と、前記電池セルとの厚さの差は200μm~350μmである、
ことを特徴とする光起電力モジュール。 - 前記第1カバープレートの材料はガラスであり、前記ガラスの電池セルに向かう表面はエンボス構造を有し、前記エンボス構造は前記電池セルから離れる方向に凹んでおり、また前記エンボス構造の凹みの深さは30μm~50μmである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光起電力モジュール。 - 前記第2カバープレートの材料はバッキングプレートであり、前記第1接着フィルムは前記第1カバープレートと前記電池セルとの間に位置し、前記第2接着フィルムは前記第2カバープレートと前記電池セルとの間に位置し、前記第2接着フィルムの厚さは前記第1接着フィルムの厚さより小さいあるいは等しい、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光起電力モジュール。 - 前記第1カバープレートの厚さは2.7mm~3.2mmであり、前記バッキングプレートの厚さは0.2mm~0.33mmである、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光起電力モジュール。 - 前記第2カバープレートの材料はガラスである、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光起電力モジュール。 - 前記第1カバープレートの厚さと前記第2カバープレートの厚さは1.5mm~2mmである、
