Claims (4)
- 1人または複数人の医療専門家に関連付ける1つまたは複数の入力機構を含む1つまたは複数の表示デバイスと、
患者をモニタするように構成されるデバイスと、を含み、
前記デバイスは、
前記患者と前記1つまたは複数の表示デバイスとに関連付けられるウェアラブルデバイスと通信するように構成される少なくとも1つの無線トランシーバと、
命令を記憶する非一時的メモリと、
前記患者に関連付けられる前記ウェアラブルデバイスから心電図波形データを受信することと、前記心電図波形データに対して数学的分析を実行して、前記心電図波形データからのウェーブレットを含む心臓分析を提供することと、前記1つまたは複数の表示デバイスに表示される前記心臓分析の視覚化を生成することと、前記心臓分析と少なくとも1つの患者固有のベースライン値との間の比較を一連の論理比較で生成することと、前記心臓分析と少なくとも1つの患者固有のベースライン値との間の前記比較に基づいて数値を提供することと、前記数値が疾患状態及び/又は疾患状態の変化に関する特定の定量化可能な現象を満たすときに前記数値が臨床的に関連する事象を示すかどうかを決定することと、前記数値が患者の臨床的に関連する事象を示す場合に臨床的に関連する事象の警告を提供する触覚、音声、および/または視覚的警報を含む動作可能な提案を生成することと、前記動作可能な提案を前記1つまたは複数の表示デバイスに送信することと、前記動作可能な提案を生成すると前記動作可能な提案を含むように前記1つまたは複数の表示デバイスに前記視覚化を変更することと、前記動作可能な提案を前記患者の電子カルテシステムに送信することと、前記1人または複数人の医療専門家のうちの少なくとも1人が前記1つまたは複数の表示デバイス上の前記動作可能な提案の視覚化を修正するときに前記動作可能な提案に対する強調表示、編集、または注釈付けのうちの少なくとも1つである修正を受信することと、前記動作可能な提案の前記修正を含む修正後の動作可能な提案を前記電子カルテシステムに送信することと、前記修正後の動作可能な提案を前記電子カルテシステム内の前記動作可能な提案にリンクすることとを含むプロセスを実現するように、前記命令を実行するプロセッサと、

QRS波形形態の患者固有のテンプレートと一致するX、Y座標のパーセンテージを算出することと、または、
QT波形形態のX、Yプロットの曲線下面積を測定することを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
