Claims (8)
- 積層された複数の角形電池を含む電池積層体と、
前記電池積層体の前記角形電池の積層方向か又は前記積層方向に略直交する直交方向に延在すると共に冷却剤が流動する1以上の冷却剤通路、及び前記積層方向の熱の伝導を抑制する1以上の熱伝導抑制部を有し、前記積層方向に延在し、前記電池積層体に沿って配置される冷却プレートと、を備え、
前記熱伝導抑制部は、前記直交方向に延在し、前記冷却プレートの厚さ方向の前記電池積層体側が開口する1以上の溝であり、
前記冷却プレートの厚さ方向の前記電池積層体側の第1面と前記冷却剤通路との距離が、前記冷却プレートにおける前記厚さ方向の前記第1面側とは反対側の第2面と前記冷却剤通路との距離よりも短い、
電池パック。 - 前記電池積層体は、前記積層方向に隣り合う各2つの前記角形電池の間に配置されると共に絶縁性を有するセル間セパレータを含み、
前記1以上の熱伝導抑制部には、前記冷却プレートの厚さ方向から見たとき、前記セル間セパレータに重なる部分を有する1以上のセパレータ重なり抑制部が含まれる、
請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記セル間セパレータは、断熱材により構成される、
請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記冷却プレートは、前記電池積層体における前記角形電池の高さ方向の一方側に配置されると共に、複数の前記冷却剤通路を有し、
前記冷却剤通路は、前記直交方向に延在し、
前記熱伝導抑制部は、前記積層方向に関して前記積層方向に隣り合う2つの前記冷却剤通路の間に配置される、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の電池パック。 - 前記積層方向から見たとき、前記溝が、前記冷却剤通路に重なる部分を有する、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の電池パック。 - 積層された複数の角形電池を含む電池積層体と、
前記電池積層体の前記角形電池の積層方向か又は前記積層方向に略直交する直交方向に延在すると共に冷却剤が流動する1以上の冷却剤通路、および前記直交方向が長手方向に一致する長尺形状の開口を有し、冷却プレートの厚さ方向に前記冷却プレートを貫通する1以上の貫通孔を有する前記冷却プレートとを、備え、
前記貫通孔が、熱伝導抑制部である、
電池パック。 - 積層された複数の角形電池を含む電池積層体と、
前記電池積層体の前記角形電池の積層方向か又は前記積層方向に略直交する直交方向に延在すると共に冷却剤が流動する1以上の冷却剤通路、および前記直交方向が深さ方向に一致し、冷却プレートの厚さ方向の両側が開口する1以上の凹部を有する前記冷却プレートとを備え、
前記凹部が、熱伝導抑制部である、
電池パック。 - 積層された複数の角形電池を含む電池積層体と、
前記電池積層体の前記角形電池の積層方向か又は前記積層方向に略直交する直交方向に延在すると共に冷却剤が流動する1以上の冷却剤通路、及び前記積層方向の熱の伝導を抑制する1以上の熱伝導抑制部を有し、前記積層方向に延在し、前記電池積層体に沿って配置される冷却プレートと、を備え、
前記熱伝導抑制部は、前記直交方向に延在し、前記冷却プレートの厚さ方向の前記電池積層体側が開口する1以上の溝であり、
前記冷却プレートの厚さ方向において、前記溝の底面は、前記冷却剤通路より、前記角形電池から遠い、
