Description
The present invention relates to a liquid spraying device used when spraying liquid with a multicopter.
Currently, as an energy policy, the Japanese government has established an annual power generation in Japan of energy that can be used permanently as an energy source (hereinafter referred to as renewable energy) among solar, wind and other non-fossil energy sources. The goal is to increase the ratio of electricity consumption to 22-24% by 2030.
In response to this Japanese government goal, some companies participating in the Climate Change Initiative, which was established to strengthen information dissemination and opinion exchange among companies, local governments, and NGOs that are actively working on climate change countermeasures, By setting a target, we will accelerate the introduction of renewable energy and make a more active contribution to avoiding the climate crisis. A joint message has been issued calling for an increase to
However, renewable energy accounted for 16.0% of the amount of power generated in FY2017, and there is a demand for further utilization of solar, wind and other non-fossil energy sources.
If the target of the Japanese government is achieved, the share of renewable energy generated by photovoltaic power generation is expected to be around 7.0%, but the share in 2017 is around 5.2%. . Considering that the share in 2011 was 0.2%, the market share has increased significantly, but it is necessary to spread photovoltaic power generation more in order to achieve the target.
If the photovoltaic power generation equipment used for photovoltaic power generation is left unattended, dust and dirt will adhere to the irradiation surface of the solar panel of the photovoltaic power generation equipment that is irradiated with sunlight, and it will grow from the surroundings of the solar panel. Weeds interfere with sunlight irradiation on the light-receiving surface, and the amount of power generated decreases. Therefore, in order to maintain the power generation performance and generate the same amount of power, it is necessary to periodically perform necessary measures such as visual inspection and weed removal.
Among the measures that need to be taken periodically to maintain power generation performance, weed removal not only contributes to the stable supply of electricity and the maintenance of solar power generation facilities, but also to the maintenance of the landscape and the residents around the solar power generation facilities. It is also an important task for harmony with
However, if a business operator with a photovoltaic power generation facility lives far away from the location of the power generation facility, it becomes difficult to remove weeds on a regular basis, and the power generation function of the photovoltaic power generation facility declines. , there is a possibility that the amount of power generation cannot be secured.
In addition, if the operator sprays the herbicide directly around the solar panels, the operator may be exposed to the herbicide and cause health hazards. If the spraying work is performed by another person instead of the business operator, there is a risk that the person will suffer health damage.
If it becomes difficult to secure the amount of power generation and there is a possibility that health damage will occur, not only will fewer people enter the operation of solar power generation facilities, but more people will withdraw from the operation of solar power generation facilities. There is a risk that someone will come out.
Therefore, an attempt has been made to use a multi-copter that can fly unmanned by a plurality of rotor blades to remove weeds. a frame to which the work device is detachably attached to the body; An agricultural multicopter has been proposed that has a detachably attached work tool.
According to the invention described in
By the way, in a photovoltaic power generation facility, generally, solar panels are arranged in an east-west direction to form a row, and the rows are installed in a state in which the rows are lined up in the north-south direction. In order to increase the amount of power generation by providing a row of solar cells, the solar panels are spaced just enough so as not to interfere with the irradiation of sunlight to the solar panels that make up other rows adjacent in the north-south direction.
This interval is often used when the width of the interval between other rows adjacent in the north-south direction is not sufficient, that is, the width of the agricultural multicopter of
When the spraying agent is sprayed from above the solar panel, the herbicide is sprayed on the panel surface, which may lead to deterioration of the power generation function of the solar power generation equipment and deterioration of the solar power generation equipment.
In addition, if the spraying agent is sprayed from above the solar panel, even if it can be sprayed on the ground around the solar panel, the herbicide cannot be sprayed on the ground directly below it, so it is not possible to suppress weeds from growing. There is a possibility that the power generation function of the photovoltaic power generation equipment may deteriorate.
Furthermore, if the agricultural multicopter of
Therefore, it is not at a height where the herbicide is scattered too widely by the wind, but at a height where the multicopter cannot descend any further due to the solar panel, so the herbicide is efficiently applied to the space below the solar panel. Dissemination is desired. This is the same when spraying liquid from above obstacles other than solar panels.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is that when there is an obstacle such as a solar panel that the multi-copter cannot descend, the multi-copter is allowed to fly above the obstacle, and liquid is injected into the space below the obstacle. To provide a liquid spraying device capable of spraying

Further, in this embodiment, the
In addition to this, it is possible to select the configurations described in the above embodiments or to change them to other configurations as appropriate without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in the first to third embodiments described above, a full cone nozzle is used as the first nozzle and a fan nozzle is used as the second nozzle, but the present invention is not limited to this. A fan-shaped nozzle may be used as the first nozzle, and a full cone nozzle may be used as the second nozzle. Also, different types of nozzles, such as an empty conical nozzle that sprays in an annular fashion, can be used as appropriate.
Further, in the above-described first to third embodiments, the first nozzle and the second nozzle are provided symmetrically or substantially symmetrically with respect to the line passing through the center of gravity of the main body along the traveling direction P in plan view. However, the invention is not so limited. As long as the main body does not swing due to the reaction force when spraying the spray liquid, it does not have to be bilaterally symmetrical or substantially bilaterally symmetrical in a plan view.
Furthermore, in the first to third embodiments described above, the first nozzle and the second nozzle are directly connected to the pipe joint, but the present invention is not limited to this.
The first nozzle and the second nozzle may be connected to the pipe joint via a ball joint. Thereby, the angles of the first nozzle and the second nozzle can be adjusted according to the place where the liquid spraying device is used.

In the first and third embodiments described above, the main body is formed of a tube made of thermosetting resin, but the present invention is not limited to this.
The main body can be made of thermosetting resin, thermoplastic resin, or metal such as iron or aluminum, and it is particularly preferable to use stainless-treated metal. As a result, it can be stabilized without attaching a weight.
Also, in the liquid spraying device of the present invention, the main body and the pipe are connected via a connecting member that can separate the main body and the pipe when the main body caught in the solar power generation equipment is pulled by the
Furthermore, if it is possible to suppress the swinging of the main body when spraying the spray liquid, the weight may not be provided.
In the first to fourth embodiments described above, the
Furthermore, in the first to fourth embodiments, an example in which the liquid spraying device is used for weeding work in a solar power generation facility has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. When there is an obstacle that the multicopter cannot descend, the multicopter can fly over the obstacle while spraying the spray liquid in the space below the obstacle.
Examples of obstacles to which the multicopter cannot descend include an orchard and a bicycle parking lot.
In the case of an orchard, the leaves of the fruit trees correspond to the obstacles, and the spray liquid can be fertilizer and water in addition to the herbicide.
In the case of a bicycle parking lot, the roof corresponds to the obstacle, and the spray liquid can be a fungicide.
Moreover, although the main body has the first nozzle and the second nozzle in the first to third embodiments, the present invention is not limited to this. Depending on the place of use and the purpose of spraying the spray liquid, either the first nozzle or the second nozzle may be sufficient. As such, it may further comprise other nozzles, such as a fourth nozzle mounted upwardly on the body, if spraying agent is desired to be sprayed upwards relative to the horizontal.
Furthermore, wheels may be attached as weights when used with the main body positioned near the ground.
