Claims (14)
- 一端にハンドルを有するカテーテルと、前記カテーテルの外部に設けられた位置決め手段及び引っ張りバルーンとを含み、
前記カテーテル内に1つ又は複数のルーメンが設けられ、前記カテーテルの部分に少なくとも1つの孔が設けられ、少なくとも1つの前記ルーメンが前記孔を通じて前記引っ張りバルーンに対して流体の注入及び放出を行い、流体が注入された場合に前記引っ張りバルーンが一側へ湾曲し、前記ハンドルが前記カテーテル及び前記引っ張りバルーンを回転させることができることを特徴とする、
湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記位置決め手段は、X線により体内での位置を観察できる、現像剤を含む装置であることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記位置決め手段は、前記カテーテルの一定位置にあり、流体が注入された後に人体の内部管腔を係止できる1つ又は複数の位置決め用バルーンであることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記ハンドルは、把持用の固定部分と、角度を回転して調整可能な部分とを含むことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記ハンドルには、前記ハンドルを回転させる場合に前記引っ張りバルーンの相対方位角度をマーキングするための角度を明記する目盛りがあることを特徴とする、
請求項4に記載の湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記カテーテルは、それ自体の捻れが生じにくい材質を採用し、前記カテーテルの人体の管腔外に残す部分が回転する場合、前記引っ張りバルーンは同時に一定の比率の角度だけ回転することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記カテーテルには、前記カテーテルの挿入の深さをマーキングするための長さの目盛りがあることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記ルーメンのうちの1つ又は複数の前記ルーメンは、前記位置決め用バルーンに流体を注入するために用いられることを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載の湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記ルーメンのうちの少なくとも1つの前記ルーメンは、貯留体液を排出するために用いられることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記貯留体液を排出するための前記ルーメンの前記カテーテルにおける開口位置は、前記引っ張りバルーンの上端に位置し、前記位置決め用バルーンがある場合は前記位置決め用バルーンの上端に位置することを特徴とする、
請求項9に記載の湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記ルーメンのうちの少なくとも1つの前記ルーメンは、現像剤を噴射するために用いられ、現像剤を噴射する孔は、前記引っ張りバルーンの上端に位置し、もし前記位置決め用バルーンがあれば、前記引っ張りバルーンと上端の前記位置決め用バルーンとの間に位置することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記ルーメンのうちの少なくとも1つの前記ルーメンは、負圧を生成するために用いられ、その開孔位置が両端の前記位置決め用バルーンの中間に位置し、負圧を生成するための孔は1つでも複数でもよいことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記引っ張りバルーンは、X線下で完全に現像する機能を有するために、現像剤が混合された原料で製造することができることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の湾曲バルーンカテーテル開創装置。 - 前記引っ張りバルーンは、食道開創に用いられ、食道の第2の狭窄部と第3の狭窄部との間に位置し、流体が注入された前記位置決め用バルーンの直径が狭窄箇所の食道の直径より大きいことを特徴とする、
