Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an adhesive tape core and an adhesive tape roll using this core.
Most adhesive tapes are sold in the form of a roll wound around a paper core, which is a cylindrical body made of paper. Since these adhesive tapes are wound around a core with a certain tension applied during their manufacture, there is internal stress strain in the wound tape, which causes shrinkage. As a result, a telescopic phenomenon (bamboo shoot phenomenon) may occur in the wound adhesive tape, or deformation such as partial crushing of the core may occur.
Further, depending on the type of adhesive tape, new internal stress may be generated due to the effects of humidity, temperature, etc. during storage of the wound adhesive tape, causing deformation.
In order to avoid such various deformations, a foam sheet having closed cells such as polyethylene or polyolefin is wound around the outside of the core, and an adhesive tape is wound thereon. Deformation is prevented by, for example, absorbing and relaxing the internal stress.
Such cores are discarded after the adhesive tape is completely rewound and used. Since it does not decompose, it causes environmental pollution if left unattended. Moreover, even if it is to be reused, it is necessary to separate the paper from the foamed sheet, and when a large amount of the material is incinerated as it is, there is also the problem that high combustion heat is generated and damages the incinerator.
For this reason, the applicant has previously proposed a foam sheet that uses a biodegradable plastic for the winding core (Patent Document 1). This core is naturally biodegradable even if it is left after disposal, and when incinerated, it generates only low combustion heat and can be easily incinerated, so it is environmentally friendly. The cost is relatively high, and it has not reached the point where it can be widely used.
(特許文献2) Therefore, the applicant then provided a product in which the core of the single-faced cardboard was placed inside the outer side of the paper tube, the liner side was placed on the front side, and the adhesive tape was wound around the core. (Patent document 2)
The present invention is an improvement over the prior art described above, which absorbs and reduces the internal stress strain caused by winding the adhesive tape, holds the wound adhesive tape as normally as possible, and maintains the adhesiveness. To prevent a core discarded after a tape has been completely decomposed even in a natural environment to cause environmental pollution, to be recycled, and to be used in large quantity at the same time. To provide a core for an adhesive tape and an adhesive tape wound body in which the adhesive tape is wound thereon, while also preventing the problem of damage to an incinerator due to the generation of high heat of combustion even when incinerating the adhesive tape. is produced efficiently and industrially so that it can be obtained extremely economically.
The present invention relates to a core for winding an adhesive tape, in which a liner and a A single-faced corrugated board having a midsole is wrapped to form an outer tubular body. The single-faced corrugated board of this outer tubular body has a thickness of 1.3 to 0.6 mm and a corrugated medium with 90 to 125 corrugations per 30 cm. Half-cut lines or crease lines are provided in parallel in a direction intersecting the ridges of the core, and such single-faced corrugated cardboard is spirally wound around the inner tubular body to form a core for adhesive tape. is.
Further, the half-cut line or the creasing line extends along the longitudinal direction of the core, and the single-faced corrugated board is spirally wound.
Further, the single-faced corrugated board is preferably wound around the inner tubular body with the inner side facing outward.
Then, the adhesive tape is wound around such a winding core to form an adhesive tape roll.
According to the present invention, the adhesive tape can be reliably wound around the core, and the outer tubular body effectively absorbs the action of shrinking due to the internal stress strain that occurs during winding, and the telescope phenomenon occurs. deformation such as crushing of a part of the winding core. In addition, depending on the type of adhesive tape, new internal stress may be generated due to the influence of humidity, temperature, etc. during storage of the wound adhesive tape, but this can also be effectively absorbed. It can prevent deformation.
The core which is discarded after the adhesive tape is completely rewound and used does not naturally decompose in the natural environment and cause environmental pollution, and can be recycled as a paper material. At the same time, even if a large amount of waste is incinerated, there is no problem of generating high heat of combustion and damaging the incinerator.
Furthermore, since the outer tubular body has many parallel half-cut lines or crease lines in the middle of the single-faced corrugated board that do not reach the liner in a direction that intersects the crests of the middle, The single-faced corrugated board can be easily spirally wound around the inner tubular body, and furthermore, mechanical production can be easily performed, and efficient manufacturing can be economically performed.

Such a single-

In the above embodiment, the half-
The above-mentioned single-

The single-faced
The adhesive is not particularly limited, but if a water-soluble adhesive is used, it is environmentally friendly when the core is discarded.
The
As the adhesive tape, various tapes using cellophane tape, plastic tape, metal tape, paper tape, etc. as the base material can be used.
As described above, the wound
In particular, cellophane adhesive tapes are effective because cellophane easily expands and contracts according to changes in temperature and humidity, and the outer

(Discussion)
As shown in Table 1, all of Examples 1 to 3 gave good results in each test.
On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 1 and 2, good results were not obtained in the appearance test of the adhesive tape roll. In addition, in Comparative Example 3, favorable results were not obtained in either the single-faced corrugated cardboard wrapping test or the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll appearance test. In the appearance test of the adhesive tape roll, air bubbles can be seen between the core and the wound adhesive tape. It is thought that what is confined is expressed.
Regarding Comparative Examples 1 to 3, the winding test of the single-faced cardboard and/or the appearance test of the adhesive tape roll did not yield good results, so the telescope test of the adhesive tape roll was omitted. bottom.
