Description of the Related Art In the production of paper or various films, the paper or film produced by a take-up roll installed at the final stage of a production machine is wound up, and after the production is completed, the paper or film is rewound and shipped as a product. I do. At the time of this rewinding, remaining paper (broken paper) that cannot be shipped as a product on the take-up roll
A residual film (hereinafter, referred to as “remaining paper”) remains. This residual paper is cut in the axial direction of the take-up roll with a cutter knife and removed from the take-up roll.

This single-layer rubber layer is composed of (a) a relatively soft and highly elastic rubber (having a hardness of 80 to 80).
85 °) or (ii) relatively hard rubber (hardness 90-95 °). In the case of (a), the elasticity of the rubber layer b is high, so that the rubber layer b absorbs the tensile force irregularly generated in papermaking, and therefore, there is an advantage that the product is hardly wrinkled and the generation of residual paper is small. When the remaining paper is cut off with a cutter knife, the rubber of the rubber layer b is soft because the rubber of the rubber layer b is soft, so that the cutter knife cuts into the inside of the rubber layer b from the surface of the rubber layer b, causing a deep scratch c on the rubber layer b, Alternatively, a large piece of rubber d is spilled out as shown in FIG.
May be damaged.

Since the rubber layer b hardly absorbs the tensile force generated in the above, the product is more likely to wrinkle and the generation of residual paper is large. As described above, each of the cases (a) and (b) has advantages and disadvantages.

An object of the present invention is to provide a winding roll for paper making, in which the rubber on the surface of the roll is hardly spilled even if it enters, and wrinkles of the product and remaining paper (broken paper) are hardly generated.

In addition to making the cutter knife not easily cut the rubber layer by the cutter knife, the inner layer having relatively high elasticity absorbs the tensile force that occurs irregularly in papermaking, causing wrinkles in the product. It is difficult to reduce the generation of residual paper.

BR, NBR, CR, EPDM, etc. are preferred. As the surface layer 3a, rubber of a material which is relatively hard and hard to be damaged is selected and used. The preferred range of the hardness of the rubber of the surface layer 3a is 85 to 98 degrees according to JISA, preferably JISA.

On the other hand, when the hardness is less than 85 degrees, a cutter knife is used in the remaining paper processing. The cut into the surface layer 3a becomes deep, which is not preferable.

A50-80 degrees, preferably JISA60-75 degrees. If the hardness exceeds 80 degrees, the elasticity required to absorb the tensile force that occurs irregularly in papermaking is insufficient, and the product tends to wrinkle, while if the hardness is less than 50 degrees, it is too soft and necessary on the contrary. No resilience is obtained.

It is arranged to extend. In the illustrated embodiment, the spiral member 5 is arranged so as to wind the inner surface layer 3b, and the spiral member 5 is covered with the surface layer 3a. However, the position of the spiral member 5 is not limited to this. Instead, they may be disposed so as to be embedded in the surface layer 3a. In order to prevent the cutter knife blade from biting into the roll during the remaining paper processing, it is desirable that the position of the spiral member 5 be as close as possible to the outer surface of the surface layer 3a. In the illustrated embodiment, the thickness of the surface layer 3a is set to 3 mm in consideration of the ease of manufacture and the function of the rubber layer 3, so that the spiral shape is difficult. The member 5 is designed to be disposed at a depth of 3 mm from the outer surface of the rubber layer 3. The thickness of the inner surface layer 3b is 7 mm or more.
12 mm, the thickness of the entire rubber layer 3 is 10 mm
It is appropriate to set it to about 15 mm. As the spiral member 5, a wire or a spring steel wire or the like is suitable. As a material of the wire, aramid fiber or hard synthetic fiber can be used in addition to steel or alloy. The spiral pitch of the spiral member 5 is 1 cm.
About 2 to 4 pieces are suitable.

However, the present invention is not limited to this. The same function can be achieved by embedding the surface layer 3a in the longitudinal direction of the surface layer 3a coaxially with the surface layer 3a at predetermined regular intervals or by disposing the surface layer 3a between the surface layer 3a and the inner surface layer 3b. The surface layer 3a and the inner layer 3b are integrated by vulcanization adhesion.

Therefore, the function of the winding roll is not hindered. If the cutter knife cuts deeply into the surface layer 3a, the cut of the cutter knife is prevented by the spiral member 5 and is not cut more than the burial depth of the outer end surface of the spiral member 5. No deep cuts are made in the rubber layer 3 by the cutter knife. Further, even when a part of the rubber of the surface layer 3a is spilled down by a plurality of cuts, the rubber can be kept in a relatively small rubber piece 7 as compared with the conventional winding roll, so that the function of the winding roll is substantially reduced. There is no possibility of causing any trouble.

Even if it cuts, this cut is stopped by an annular or spiral member, and it is possible to prevent a deep cut in the rubber layer with a cutter knife, and multiple cuts spill some of the rubber on the surface layer. Can be kept in a relatively small piece of rubber.
