Claims (8)
- 組織学的組織試料をミクロトーム内で薄切しながら前記組織学的組織試料を保持するための装置を製造するための方法であって、
少なくとも1つの側壁と底壁とを備える陥凹部を有する組織カセットを成形するステップであって、前記組織カセットはミクロトームで薄切され得る第1の材料から形成され、前記組織カセットはさらに組織学的処置の際に前記組織学的組織試料を固定し処理するために使用される溶媒および化学薬品による劣化に強い、ステップと、
フレームを、前記フレームが前記組織カセットと一体に結合されるように成形するステップであって、前記フレームは周辺部分を有し、前記第1の材料と異なる第2の材料から形成され、前記周辺部分に分離可能に結合される蓋を備える、ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記成形するステップは、射出成形をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フレームの前記周辺部分と前記蓋との間にブレークアウェイ接続部を形成するステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の材料は、前記第2の材料よりも高い溶融温度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記成形するステップは、共成形、挿入成形、又はオーバーモールディングをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 組織学的組織試料をミクロトーム内で薄切しながら前記組織学的組織試料を保持するための装置を製造するための方法であって、
少なくとも1つの側壁と底壁とを備える陥凹部を有する組織カセットを成形するステップであって、前記組織カセットはミクロトームで薄切され得る第1の材料から形成され、前記組織カセットはさらに組織学的処置の際に前記組織学的組織試料を固定し処理するために使用される溶媒および化学薬品による劣化に強い、ステップと、
フレームを、前記フレームが前記組織カセットと一体に結合されるように成形するステップであって、前記フレームは周辺部分を有し、前記第1の材料から形成され、前記周辺部分に分離可能に結合されている蓋を備える、ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記成形するステップは、射出成形をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記フレームの前記周辺部分と前記蓋との間にブレークアウェイ接続部を形成するステップをさらに備える、請求項6に記載の方法。
