Description
(1) 外科用装置であって、
ハンドル筐体であって、そこから遠位に延在する細長いシャフトを有する、ハンドル筐体と、
前記細長いシャフトの前記遠位端部のエンドエフェクタと、
前記エンドエフェクタを作動させるように構成された駆動アセンブリと、
前記ハンドル筐体に連結され、かつトリガ枢動軸を中心に非作動位置から作動位置に枢動可能なトリガと、
駆動アセンブリに連結された第1の端部と、第2の端部と、を有する、枢動リンク機構であって、前記トリガ枢動軸を中心に枢動可能である、枢動リンク機構と、
少なくとも前記枢動リンク機構の前記第2の端部と前記トリガとの間に連結された過負荷部材と、を備え、
前記トリガ枢動軸を中心にした前記非作動位置から前記作動位置への前記トリガの枢動移動は、前記過負荷部材を通して前記枢動リンク機構の前記第2の端部に閉鎖力を伝達し、それによって、前記枢動リンク機構の前記第1の端部が前記駆動アセンブリを遠位に前進させて、前記エンドエフェクタの作動を生じさせるように、前記トリガ枢動軸を中心に前記枢動リンク機構を枢動させ、
前記閉鎖力が所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記トリガ枢動軸を中心にした前記非作動位置から前記作動位置への前記トリガの枢動移動は、前記枢動リンク機構が前記ハンドル筐体に対して静止したままであるように、前記枢動リンク機構への前記閉鎖力の伝達を阻止する様態で、前記閉鎖力を前記過負荷部材に伝達して、前記過負荷部材を移動させる、外科用装置。
(2) 前記過負荷部材が、過負荷リンク機構と、付勢要素と、を備え、前記閉鎖力が前記所定の閾値力を超えるまで、前記トリガが前記トリガ枢動軸を中心に前記非作動位置から前記作動位置に枢動するときに、前記付勢要素が、前記過負荷リンク機構を第1の位置に付勢する、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(3) 前記閉鎖力が前記所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記閉鎖力が前記付勢要素の付勢力に打ち勝って、前記過負荷部材が前記第1の位置から第2の位置に移動することを可能にし、それによって、前記ハンドル筐体に対する前記枢動リンク機構の更なる移動を阻止する、実施態様2に記載の装置。
(4) 前記閉鎖力が前記所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記付勢要素を圧縮して、それによって、前記過負荷部材の偏向及び前記過負荷部材の長さの低減のうちの少なくとも1つを生じさせる、実施態様2に記載の装置。
(5) 前記過負荷リンク機構が、第1及び第2の端部を有し、前記過負荷リンク機構の前記第2の端部が、前記トリガ内に摺動可能に配置されている、実施態様2に記載の装置。
(7) 前記閉鎖力が前記所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記付勢要素が圧縮して、前記ハンドル筐体に対する前記枢動リンク機構の更なる移動を阻止するように、前記付勢要素が、前記過負荷リンク機構の外面の周りに位置付けられている、実施態様2に記載の装置。
(8) 前記付勢要素の圧縮が、前記過負荷部材の長さを減少させる、実施態様7に記載の装置。
(9) 前記枢動リンク機構が、第1の部分と、第2の部分と、を含み、前記付勢要素が、前記枢動部材の前記第2の部分の偏向可能な領域であり、前記閉鎖力が前記所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記付勢要素が変形して、前記ハンドル筐体に対する前記枢動リンク機構の更なる枢動移動を阻止する、実施態様2に記載の装置。
(10) 前記第1の部分が、前記枢動リンク機構の前記第2の部分よりも可撓性が低い、実施態様9に記載の装置。
ハンドル筐体であって、そこに枢動可能に連結されたトリガを有する、ハンドル筐体と、
前記ハンドル筐体から遠位に延在する細長いシャフトであって、その遠位端部にエンドエフェクタを有する、細長いシャフトと、
前記エンドエフェクタを作動させるように移動可能である駆動アセンブリと、
前記トリガと前記駆動アセンブリとの間に連結されたリンク機構アセンブリであって、前記リンク機構アセンブリが、互いに連結された枢動部材及び過負荷シャフトを含み、前記枢動部材が、前記駆動アセンブリに連結され、前記過負荷シャフトが、前記トリガに連結され、前記リンク機構アセンブリが、前記過負荷シャフトを通して前記トリガから前記枢動部材に駆動力を伝達して、前記駆動アセンブリを移動させ、それによって、前記エンドエフェクタを作動させるように構成されており、前記駆動力が所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記リンク機構アセンブリは、前記過負荷シャフトを移動させるように構成され、一方で、前記枢動部材は前記ハンドル筐体に対して静止したままである、リンク機構アセンブリと、を備える、外科用装置。
(12) 前記過負荷シャフトが、付勢要素に動作可能に接続されており、前記付勢要素は、前記駆動力が前記所定の閾値力を超えるまで、前記過負荷シャフトを第1の位置に付勢する、実施態様11に記載の装置。
(13) 前記駆動力が前記所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記駆動力が前記付勢要素を移動させて、前記過負荷シャフトを第1の位置から第2の位置に移動させることを可能にし、それによって、前記ハンドル筐体に対する前記枢動部材の更なる移動を阻止する、実施態様12に記載の装置。
(14) 前記付勢要素が、前記トリガ内に配置され、前記付勢要素が、第1及び第2の端部を有し、前記付勢要素の前記第1の端部が、前記過負荷シャフトの端部と接触している、実施態様12に記載の装置。
(15) 前記付勢要素が、前記過負荷シャフトの外面の周りに位置付けられている、実施態様12に記載の装置。
(17) 前記枢動部材の前記近位部分が、前記枢動部材の前記遠位部分よりも可撓性が低い、実施態様16に記載の装置。
(18) 外科用装置を動作させる方法であって、
外科用装置の細長いシャフトの遠位端部のエンドエフェクタを操作して、前記エンドエフェクタを組織の周りに位置付けることと、
前記外科用装置のトリガを作動させて、過負荷部材を通して前記トリガから枢動部材に力を伝達して、前記エンドエフェクタを移動させる駆動アセンブリを作動させることと、を含み、前記力が所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記過負荷部材が前記ハンドル筐体に対して移動し、それによって、前記力が前記枢動部材の少なくとも一部分に伝達されるのを阻止する、方法。
(19) 前記力が前記所定の閾値を超えたときに、前記過負荷部材が移動して、前記力が前記枢動部材に伝達されるのを阻止する、実施態様18に記載に記載の方法。
(20) 前記過負荷部材が、前記枢動部材の偏向可能な領域に連結された過負荷リンク機構を備え、前記力が前記所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記過負荷リンク機構が移動し、それによって、前記偏向可能な領域において前記枢動部材を変形させる、実施態様18に記載の方法。
Claims (6)
- 外科用装置であって、
ハンドル筐体であって、そこから遠位に延在する細長いシャフトを有する、ハンドル筐体と、
前記細長いシャフトの遠位端部のエンドエフェクタと、
前記エンドエフェクタを作動させるように構成された駆動アセンブリと、
前記ハンドル筐体に連結され、かつトリガ枢動軸を中心に非作動位置から作動位置に枢動可能なトリガと、
前記駆動アセンブリに連結された第1の端部と、第2の端部と、を有する、枢動リンク機構であって、前記トリガ枢動軸を中心に枢動可能である、枢動リンク機構と、
過負荷リンク機構と、付勢要素と、を備える過負荷部材であって、少なくとも前記枢動リンク機構の前記第2の端部と前記トリガとの間に連結された過負荷部材と、を備え、
前記過負荷リンク機構が、第1及び第2の端部を有し、前記過負荷リンク機構の前記第1の端部が、係合点において前記枢動リンク機構の前記第2の端部に連結され、前記過負荷リンク機構の前記第2の端部が、移動可能ピンを介して前記トリガに摺動可能に連結され、かつ、前記付勢要素に動作可能に連結され、
前記トリガ枢動軸を中心にした前記非作動位置から前記作動位置への前記トリガの枢動移動は、前記過負荷部材を通して前記枢動リンク機構の前記第2の端部に閉鎖力を伝達し、それによって、前記枢動リンク機構の前記第1の端部が前記駆動アセンブリを遠位に前進させて、前記エンドエフェクタの作動を生じさせるように、前記トリガ枢動軸を中心に前記枢動リンク機構を枢動させるように構成され、
前記閉鎖力が所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記トリガ枢動軸を中心にした前記非作動位置から前記作動位置への前記トリガの枢動移動は、前記枢動リンク機構が前記ハンドル筐体に対して静止したままであるように、前記枢動リンク機構への前記閉鎖力の伝達を阻止する様態で、前記閉鎖力を前記過負荷部材に伝達して、前記過負荷部材を移動させるように構成され、
前記閉鎖力が前記所定の閾値力を超えるまで、前記トリガが前記トリガ枢動軸を中心に前記非作動位置から前記作動位置に枢動するときに、前記付勢要素が、前記過負荷リンク機構を第1の位置に付勢するように構成されている、外科用装置。 - 前記閉鎖力が前記所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記閉鎖力が前記付勢要素の付勢力に打ち勝って、前記過負荷部材が前記第1の位置から第2の位置に移動することを可能にし、それによって、前記ハンドル筐体に対する前記枢動リンク機構の更なる移動を阻止する、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記閉鎖力が前記所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記付勢要素を圧縮して、それによって、前記過負荷部材の長さの低減を生じさせるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記付勢要素が、前記トリガ内に収容され、前記閉鎖力が前記所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記過負荷リンク機構の前記第2の端部は、前記枢動リンク機構が前記ハンドル筐体に対して静止したままであるように、前記トリガ内を摺動して、前記付勢要素を圧縮するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記閉鎖力が前記所定の閾値力を超えたときに、前記閉鎖力が前記付勢要素を移動させて、前記過負荷リンク機構を前記第1の位置から第2の位置に移動させることを可能にし、それによって、前記ハンドル筐体に対する前記枢動リンク機構の更なる移動を阻止する、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記付勢要素が、前記トリガ内に配置され、前記付勢要素が、第1及び第2の端部を有し、前記付勢要素の前記第1の端部が、前記過負荷リンク機構の端部と接触している、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
