Claims (15)
- 電極装置であって、
エラストマー材料製の細長い一体型の埋込み可能ボディと、
前記一体型の埋込み可能ボディに配置されて、前記一体型のボディの長さに沿って離間された複数の電極と、
前記一体型の埋込み可能ボディを通って延びて前記複数の電極に電気的に接続する1つ以上の伝導性要素を含む、螺旋形状の電気接続部と、
前記エラストマー材料製の一体型のボディを通って延びかつ前記エラストマー材料製の一体型のボディにより直接覆われて、前記螺旋形状の電気接続部の径方向内側に配置された補強装置と、を含み、
前記補強装置は螺旋形状または波形を有し、
前記一体型のボディの一部は、前記補強装置と前記電気接続部との間に配置されており、
前記一体型のボディの長さは、前記一体型のボディを張力下に置くことによって延長可能であり、前記補強装置は、前記埋込み可能ボディの長さが張力下で延びることができる度合いを制限し、
前記補強装置は、前記複数の電極の各々に固定されている、前記電極装置。 - 前記一体型のボディの伸長方向において、前記一体型のボディを張力下に置いたときに前記補強装置の長さは延長可能であり
前記一体型のボディの伸長方向において、前記一体型のボディを張力下に置いたときに、前記補強装置は最大の延長長さを有し、前記電気接続部は最大の延長長さを有し、
前記補強装置の最大の延長長さは前記電気接続部の最大の延長長さよりも短い、請求項1に記載の電極装置。 - 前記一体型のボディの伸長方向において、前記一体型のボディを張力下に置いたときに、前記複数の電極に隣接する前記補強装置の部分は、前記複数の電極からさらに遠くに離間している前記補強装置の部分よりも延びが小さいように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の電極装置。
- 前記一体型のボディを張力下に置くと、前記補強装置の螺旋形状または波形が真っ直ぐになり、補強部材の長さが延長される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
- 前記複数の電極から離間する部分よりも前記複数の電極に隣接する部分における方が前記補強装置は真っ直ぐである、請求項3または4に記載の電極装置。
- 前記補強装置は、前記補強装置の螺旋形状または波形が実質的に完全にまっすぐであるときに最大の延長長さに達するように構成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
- 前記補強装置及び前記電気接続部はそれぞれ、螺旋形状を有する請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
- 前記補強装置及び前記電気接続部の螺旋形状は同心である、請求項7に記載の電極装置。
- 前記補強装置の螺旋形状の直径は前記電気接続部の螺旋形状の場合よりも小さい、および/または、前記補強装置の螺旋形状のピッチは前記電気接続部の螺旋形状のピッチよりも大きい、請求項7または8に記載の電極装置。
- 前記補強装置は繊維であり、
前記繊維の外面は前記一体型のボディの前記エラストマー材料によって直接覆われている、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。 - 前記補強装置は前記複数の電極の各々に結びつけられている請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
- 前記複数の電極のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記一体型のボディの一部の周りで周囲方向に延びる伝導性材料の環状部分を含み、
前記補強装置は前記複数の電極のうちの少なくとも1つを通って延びる、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。 - 前記一体型のボディの長さに沿って位置する少なくとも1つのアンカーを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのアンカーは前記一体型のボディから半径方向外側に突き出て、
前記少なくとも1つのアンカーは前記一体型のボディの近位端に向かう角度で突き出て、
前記少なくとも1つのアンカーに隣接する前記一体型のボディの表面に凹部が設けられ、前記アンカーは前記凹部内に圧縮可能である、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。 - 前記複数の電極は、脳の右半球及び左半球の一方上に配置されるように構成された第1の電極対と、前記脳の前記右半球及び左半球の他方上に配置されるように構成された第2の電極対とを含む、および/または、前記電極装置は脳活動信号をモニタするためのものである、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
- 前記電極装置の少なくとも前記一体型のボディは、被検者の頭皮と頭蓋との間に、又は、帽状腱膜下腔内に埋め込むために構成される、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
