Description
1.本発明に係る歯車-二重環状-液圧の複合伝動装置は、二重環状のシングルフロー伝動が前部環状伝動機構と後部環状伝動機構をタンデムで用いられてなることにより、ギア比の調整範囲が拡大され、調整の精度と自由度が向上する。
2.本発明に係る歯車-二重環状-液圧の複合伝動装置は、歯車のシングルフロー伝動、二重環状のシングルフロー伝動、液圧のシングルフロー伝動、歯車-二重環状の複合伝動、歯車-液圧の複合伝動、及び二重環状-液圧の複合伝動を統合するマルチモードの複合伝動装置であり、異なる作動状態の要求に適する。
3.本発明に係る歯車-二重環状-液圧の複合伝動装置では、様々な伝動方式を自由的に切り替えることが実現できる。

液圧式伝動機構(4)の排液量比を調整すること、調整二重環状タンデム伝動機構(2)のギア比を調整すること、並びにクラッチL2(16)、クラッチL3(22)、クラッチL4(42)、クラッチL5(48)、クラッチL6(72)、及びブレーキB3(84)を接合することにより、入力機構と出力部材との間で反対方向の二重環状-液圧の複合伝動を提供する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯車-二重環状-液圧の複合伝動装置。 - 前記の液圧のシングルフロー伝動は、歯車のシングルフロー伝動、二重環状のシングルフロー伝動、歯車-二重環状のダブルフロー伝動、歯車-液圧のダブルフロー伝動のいずれか一つに同期的に切り替えることができ、前記の液圧のシングルフロー伝動は、任意の点で二重環状-液圧ダブルフロー伝動に切り替えることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯車-二重環状-液圧の複合伝動装置。
- 前記の二重環状のシングルフロー伝動は、歯車-液圧のダブルフロー伝動に同期的に切り替えることができ、前記の二重環状のシングルフロー伝動は、任意の点で歯車-二重環状のダブルフロー伝動に切り替えることができ、前記の歯車-二重環状のダブルフロー伝動と歯車-液圧のダブルフロー伝動と二重環状-液圧ダブルフロー伝動との間では、互いに同期的に切り替えることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯車-二重環状-液圧の複合伝動装置。
