Claims (14)
- 研削工具を製造するための方法にして、
-工具ベースボディ(4)を準備する工程、
-前記工具ベースボディ(4)に結合剤(23)を塗布することによって三次元的に形成された接着表面(24)を生じる工程、
-第1の電極(5)及び第2の電極(6)の間の静電場(E)内に前記接着表面(24)が配置されているように前記工具ベースボディ(4)を位置決めする工程、
--ここで、前記第1の電極(5)が搬送装置(10)の搬送領域(15)の下方に配置されており、
--ここで、前記第2の電極(6)が前記搬送装置(10)の前記搬送領域(15)の上方に配置されており、
--ここで、前記工具ベースボディ(4)及び前記第2の電極(6)が互いに別々に形成されており、及び、
-前記静電場(E)内に砥粒(8、9)を以下のように運び入れる工程、すなわち、前記砥粒(8、9)が前記静電場(E)に基づき前記接着表面(24)に向かって移動しそして前記接着表面(24)の全体にて三次元的に形成された砥粒層(25)を形成するために接着したままであるように、前記搬送装置(10)を用いて前記静電場(E)内に前記砥粒(8、9)を搬送する工程であって、前記工具ベースボディ(4)の非導電性の材料が前記砥粒(8,9)を施され、前記工具ベースボディ(4)が基礎部を形成するように前記砥粒(8,9)は前記工具ベースボディ(4)に直接施される工程
を有する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記接着表面(24)が、三次元的に成形された前記砥粒層(25)を形成するために、湾曲されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、
三次元的に形成された前記砥粒層(25)を形成するための前記工具ベースボディ(4)が、前記電極(5、6)の少なくとも一方に対して移動されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
三次元的に形成された前記砥粒層(25)を形成するための前記工具ベースボディ(4)が長手中心軸(26)の周りで回転されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記接着表面(24)に接着している前記砥粒(8、9)が少なくとも部分的に、前記静電場(E)の力線に沿って所望の配向で前記接着表面(24)に施されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記砥粒(8、9)が少なくとも1つの投入装置(7)を用いて供給されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記電極(5、6)の間の電圧(U)が調整可能であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記第2の電極(6)が少なくとも部分的に前記工具ベースボディ(4)の形状に対応して形成されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記第2の電極(6)が少なくとも部分的に前記工具ベースボディ(4)に対して当接していることを特徴とする方法。 - 工具ベースボディ(4)及び砥粒(8、9)を備える研削工具(2)であって、長手中心軸(26)の周りに研削工具(2)にテンションを掛けて研削工具(2)を回転駆動するために、ハブ(20)が前記工具ベースボディ(4)に構成されているか、シャフトが前記工具ベースボディ(4)に配置されており、前記工具ベースボディ(4)は前記長手中心軸(26)の周りに研削工具(2)を回転するために、少なくとも一部の領域において弾力を有していない、研削工具(2)において、
前記砥粒(8,9)は前記工具ベースボディ(4)に施され、前記工具ベースボディ(4)が基礎部を形成すること、
前記砥粒(8、9)が、結合剤(23)を用いて前記工具ベースボディ(4)に結合されており、砥粒層(25)を形成していること、
前記砥粒層(25)が三次元的に形成されていること、及び
前記工具ベースボディ(4)が全体的に非導電性の材料から形成されており、前記非導電性の材料が第1の電極(5)及び第2の電極(6)の間の静電場(E)によって前記砥粒(8,9)を施されていること
を特徴とする研削工具(2)。 - 請求項10に記載の研削工具(2)において、
前記砥粒層(25)が湾曲していることを特徴とする研削工具(2)。 - 請求項10又は11に記載の研削工具(2)において、
前記砥粒(8、9)が全体的に前記工具ベースボディ(4)の表面に向かってそれらのそれぞれの長手軸で指向されていることを特徴とする研削工具(2)。 - 請求項10から12の何れか一項に記載の研削工具(2)において、
前記砥粒層(25)に、研削に有効な追加の充填材を有する結合剤を有するカバー結合固定部(27)が施されていることを特徴とする研削工具(2)。 - 請求項13に記載の研削工具(2)において、
前記カバー結合固定部(27)に、研削に有効な追加の充填材を有する結合剤を有するカバー層(31)が施されていることを特徴とする研削工具(2)。
