Description
回転軸8の軸線方向第1側D1-1の端部は、圧縮機22の旋回スクロール24の軸部25に結合され、旋回スクロール24を回転駆動する。圧縮機22は、固定スクロール23と旋回スクロール24とが互いに偏心しつつ公転運動することにより、冷媒入口40から吸入した冷媒を圧縮する。
第1コイルエンドボビン15は、ステータコア10の軸線方向第1側D1-1に配置されている。第2コイルエンドボビン16は、ステータコア10の軸線方向第2側D1-2に配置されている。コイル13は、ステータコア10のティースと第1コイルエンドボビン15及び第2コイルエンドボビン16とに巻き付けられている。
第1コイルエンドボビン15の外径は、ステータコア10の外径よりやや小さい。第1コイルエンドボビン15の内径は、ステータコア10の内径よりやや大きい。第1コイルエンドボビン15は、例えばポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂等の絶縁性を有する材料で形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 冷媒を圧縮するモータを有する圧縮機本体と、
前記モータに電流を供給するパワー素子を有するインバータと、
を備え、
前記パワー素子は、
表面の一部の領域に導電層を有する金属基板と、
前記導電層にハンダ固定された金属層を有する発熱素子と、
前記金属基板の板厚方向に前記金属基板と並んで配置され、表面に金属パターンがプリントされ、前記金属パターンに電子部品が実装されている樹脂基板と、
を備え、
前記電子部品と前記発熱素子の端子とは前記金属パターンによって接続され、
前記発熱素子の端子は、前記発熱素子の本体に直結し、前記本体の側面から前記表面に沿って延出し、前記板厚方向に沿って前記樹脂基板に向けて曲げられ、前記金属パターンに接続され、
前記発熱素子は前記板厚方向の前記金属基板と前記樹脂基板との間の空間に露出し、
前記板厚方向に沿って見たときに、前記金属層は前記導電層と重なり、前記導電層と同じ平面視形状を有し、
前記板厚方向に直交する面内で前記導電層同士の間隔が前記導電層間の沿面距離と同等であり、
前記板厚方向が前記モータの回転軸の軸線方向と揃っている、
