Description
1)容器は、処理対象の微細藻類/水溶液混合物を受容することができる。これは、水循環によりサーモスタット制御できる二重壁容器である。
2)ポンプは、システム内の混合物の循環を一定流量に調整する。
3)超音波プローブは発電機に接続されており、所望の超音波出力を固定することができる。プローブは2/3が処理される液体に浸漬され、それ自体特定の固定周波数(約20kHz)を放射する。
4)超音波反応器には2つの壁が装備されており、サーモスタット制御された水の循環により、混合物をサーモスタット制御できる。環境に超音波を送るために、超音波プローブを反応器に入れる。
5)バルブは、混合物の循環に抵抗を加えることにより、システム内での圧力を増大させることができる。超音波反応器の上流にある圧力計の圧力のこの変動を視覚的に監視することができる。
バイオマス(アルスロスピラ・プラテンシス)を、1/20の比率(つまり、20gの水溶液に対して1gのバイオマス)に従って抽出水溶液(リン酸緩衝液、pH7)と混合する。この場合、4gのスピルリナを80mLの水溶液に導入する。20℃に温度調節して、10分間、混合物を低超音波出力の超音波(30W)にさらす。システムに圧力は加えられていない。次に、抽出物を8000rpmで10分間遠心分離し、ブフナー(気孔率8μm)でデッドエンドろ過を行い、存在する可能性のある懸濁粒子を除去する。
バイオマス(アルスロスピラ・プラテンシス)を、1/20の比率(つまり、20gの水溶液に対して1gのバイオマス)に従って抽出水溶液(リン酸緩衝液、pH7)と混合する。この場合、4gのスピルリナを80mLの水溶液に導入する。20℃に温度調節して、2barに近い圧力で、10分間、混合物を超音波出力の超音波(100W/L、振幅の80%前後)にさらす。次に、抽出物を8000rpmで10分間遠心分離し、ブフナー(気孔率8μm)でデッドエンドろ過を行い、存在する可能性のある懸濁粒子を除去する。
Claims (8)
- 真核または原核(シアノバクテリア)微細藻類から水溶性化合物を得るための方法であって、水溶液と混合された前記微細藻類またはシアノバクテリアに10~1000W/Lの範囲の超音波出力(Pus)、同時に1~2barの圧力(P)、5~70℃の温度(T)を適用し、1~1000L/hの前記微細藻類またはシアノバクテリアと前記水溶液との混合物の流量(D)を流す超音波処理により、前記水溶性化合物を抽出する少なくとも1つの工程を含み、
前記超音波出力、圧力、温度および流量を調整して、前記方法により得られる抽出物の色を変化させる、
方法。 - 前記工程の期間が30秒~90分である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記真核微細藻類またはシアノバクテリアと水溶液の混合物に前記工程を、閉回路または開回路での前記混合物の循環を確実にするポンプを使用して連続的に適用する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出された水溶性化合物が、タンパク質およびペプチド、水溶性ビタミン、B群のビタミン、ミネラル、ナトリウム、カルシウム、カリウム、マグネシウムおよび鉄、C-フィコシアニン、ならびにクロロフィルの中から選択される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記真核微細藻類が、クロレラ、ナンノクロロプシス、ドゥナリエラおよびユーグレナの中から選択され、前記シアノバクテリアが、スピルリナ(アルスロスピラ・プラテンシスまたはスピルリナ・マキシマ)およびAFA(アファニゾメノン・フロス・アクエ)の中から選択される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 遠心分離による、前記得られた抽出物の追加の固液分離工程を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出物からの分離により得られた液体部分をろ過する追加工程を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記微細藻類またはシアノバクテリア/水溶液の質量比が1/5~1/50である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
