Description
第3の特徴に係る電力管理システムは、電動移動体に設けられる蓄電装置の充電及び放電を行う充放電設備と、前記充放電設備を有する停止スペースを有する施設を管理する電力管理装置と、を備える。前記電力管理装置は、前記蓄電池装置の充電及び放電の少なくともいずれかを許可することを示す許可メッセージを受信する受信部と、前記蓄電池装置が前記充放電設備に接続された場合に、前記許可メッセージによって充電及び放電の少なくともいずれかが許可された前記蓄電池装置の蓄電残量を管理する管理部と、前記管理部によって管理される前記蓄電池装置の蓄電残量に基づいて、前記蓄電池装置の充電及び放電の少なくともいずれか1つを行うために前記充放電設備を制御する制御部と、を備える。前記制御部は、前記施設の電力を調整する調整期間において、前記充放電設備を制御する。
(電力管理システム)
以下において、実施形態に係る電力管理システムについて説明する。
以下において、実施形態に係る電力管理装置について説明する。図3に示すように、電力管理装置400は、通信部410と、管理部420と、制御部430と、を有する。電力管理装置400は、VEN(Virtual End Node)の一例である。
以下において、実施形態に係る電力管理方法について説明する。ここでは、調整メッセージが電力系統12から施設100への潮流抑制を指示するケースについて例示する。
実施形態では、電力管理装置400は、許可メッセージによって充電及び放電の少なくともいずれかが許可された蓄電池装置210の蓄電残量を管理するとともに、蓄電池装置210の蓄電残量に基づいて、蓄電池装置210の充電及び放電の少なくともいずれか1つを行うために充放電設備121を制御する。このような構成によれば、ユーザの許可に基づいて蓄電池装置210を利用するため、ユーザの不利益に配慮しながらも、施設100の電力管理に蓄電池装置210を用いることができる。

Claims (13)
- 電動移動体に設けられる蓄電池装置の充電及び放電を行う充放電設備を有する停止スペースを有する施設を管理する電力管理装置であって、
前記蓄電池装置の充電及び放電の少なくともいずれかを許可することを示す許可メッセージを受信する受信部と、
前記蓄電池装置が前記充放電設備に接続された場合に、前記許可メッセージによって充電及び放電の少なくともいずれかが許可された前記蓄電池装置の蓄電残量を管理する管理部と、
前記管理部によって管理される前記蓄電池装置の蓄電残量に基づいて、前記蓄電池装置の充電及び放電の少なくともいずれか1つを行うために前記充放電設備を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記施設の電力を調整する調整期間において、前記充放電設備を制御し、
前記制御部は、
前記蓄電池装置の放電を行うよう前記充放電設備を制御した後において、前記蓄電池装置の充電を行うよう前記充放電設備を制御し、
前記停止スペースに停止される前記電動移動体のユーザが有するユーザ端末に対して、前記蓄電池装置の放電を行うよう前記充放電設備を制御した後であって、前記蓄電池装置の充電を行うよう前記充放電設備を制御する前に、前記蓄電池装置の充電が完了するタイミングを通知する、電力管理装置。 - 前記調整期間は、電力系統の需給バランスの調整を要求する調整メッセージで指定される期間である、請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記調整期間は、前記施設に電力系統から供給される電力が閾値を超えないように制御すべき期間である、請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記受信部は、前記電動移動体が前記停止スペースに停止される前に前記許可メッセージを受信する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記受信部は、前記電動移動体が前記停止スペースに停止された後に前記許可メッセージを受信する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記制御部は、
前記調整メッセージが前記電力系統から前記施設への潮流抑制を指示する場合に、前記蓄電池装置の放電を行うよう前記充放電設備を制御する、請求項2に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記蓄電池装置の充電電力量が前記蓄電池装置の放電電力量と等しくなるように、前記蓄電池装置の充電を行うよう前記充放電設備を制御する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記蓄電池装置の蓄電残量が閾値を下回らないように、前記蓄電池装置の放電を行うよう前記充放電設備を制御する、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記蓄電池装置が前記充放電設備に接続されたタイミングに基づいて前記電動移動体の停止時間を推定し、推定された停止時間に基づいて前記充放電設備を制御する、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記蓄電池装置の充電及び放電の少なくともいずれか1つを行った場合に、前記電動移動体のユーザに対してインセンティブを付与する、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記許可メッセージは、前記蓄電池装置を特定するための情報を含む、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 電動移動体に設けられる蓄電池装置の充電及び放電を行う充放電設備を有する停止スペースを有する施設を管理する電力管理方法であって、
前記蓄電池装置の充電及び放電の少なくともいずれかを許可することを示す許可メッセージを受信することと、
前記蓄電池装置が前記充放電設備に接続された場合に、前記許可メッセージによって充電及び放電の少なくともいずれかが許可された前記蓄電池装置の蓄電残量を管理することと、
前記管理される前記蓄電池装置の蓄電残量に基づいて、前記蓄電池装置の充電及び放電の少なくともいずれか1つを行うために前記充放電設備を制御することと、を含み、
前記充放電設備を制御することは、前記施設の電力を調整する調整期間において、前記充放電設備を制御することを含み、
前記充放電設備を制御することは、前記蓄電池装置の放電を行うよう前記充放電設備を制御した後において、前記蓄電池装置の充電を行うよう前記充放電設備を制御することをさらに含み、
