前記収集トレー(115)の前記中央開口部(140)と流体連通している中央パン(150)と、前記中央パン(150)と流体連通し、かつ前記中央パン(150)から外向きに延在する複数の流体分配トラフ(175)であって、前記流体分配トラフ(175)は、互いに離間しており、底部(179)、側壁(180)、及び端壁(185)であって、前記側壁(180)が前記中央パン(150)から前記端壁(185)まで下方に傾斜し、前記流体分配トラフ(175)の前記底部(179)が、その内部を貫通する開口部(177)を有し、前記端壁(185)は、反応器壁から離間されている、底部(179)、側壁(180)、及び端壁(185)を備える流体分配トラフ(175)と、を備える、粗液分配トレー(120)と、
