前記方向性バッフル(155)が、前記混合チャンバ(130)に内向きに、又は前記反応器壁(210)と前記外壁(140)との間の前記空間に外向きに延在する、形態4に記載のデバイス。
[形態6]
前記方向性バッフル(155)が、前記外壁(140)の接線に対して30°未満の角度を形成する、形態4に記載のデバイス。

前記外壁(140)が、高さを有し、前記少なくとも1つの側部余水路(150)が、前記外壁(140)の前記高さに等しい高さを有する、形態1又は2に記載のデバイス。

Claims (3)
- 触媒床間の流体の混合及び分配のためのデバイスであって、
中央開口部(190)を備える収集トレイ(115)であって、上側触媒床(105)の底部と流体連通している、収集トレイ(115)と、
前記収集トレイ(115)の上方にある混合チャンバ(130)であって、前記混合チャンバ(130)が前記中央開口部(190)の周りに位置決めされ、前記混合チャンバ(130)が反応器壁(210)の内向きの位置に位置付けられた外壁(140)、及び前記外壁(140)に取り付けられた上部プレート(145)を有し、前記外壁(140)が、流体が内部を通過することを可能にするための少なくとも1つの側部余水路(150)を有し、前記上部プレート(145)が、流体が内部を通過する事を可能にするための少なくとも1つの上部余水路(160)を有し、前記上部プレート(145)が前記上側触媒床(105)の前記底部と流体連通し、前記上部余水路(160)は、液体滞留時間を増加させ、混合を改善するために、前記外壁(140)に近接して位置決めされて、前記中央開口部(190)までの距離を最大化する、混合チャンバと、
前記反応器壁(210)と前記外壁(140)との間の前記収集トレイ(115)の上方の空間にクエンチ流体を注入するための注入器(167)を備える、リングクエンチ分配器(170)と、
前記収集トレイ(115)の前記中央開口部(190)と流体連通している中央パン(180)を備える、粗液分配トレイ(120)と、
前記粗液分配トレイ(120)及び下側触媒床(110)の上部と流体連通している蒸気液体分配トレイ(125)と、を備える、デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの上部余水路(160)が、前記少なくとも1つの側部余水路(150)と位置合わせされている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
