Claims (10)
- 並列リンクノードを通じて第1バッテリーパック~第nバッテリーパックを並列で接続したマルチバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部の故障診断装置であって、
前記第1バッテリーパック~第nバッテリーパックにそれぞれ含まれた第1スイッチ部~第nスイッチ部と、
前記第1バッテリーパック~第nバッテリーパックと連結された電力ラインにそれぞれ設けられ、それぞれのバッテリーパックを通じて流れる電流を測定する第1電流センサ~第n電流センサと、
前記第1バッテリーパック~第nバッテリーパックにそれぞれ設けられ、それぞれのバッテリーパックの電圧を測定する第1電圧センサ~第n電圧センサと、
前記第1スイッチ部~第nスイッチ部、前記第1電流センサ~第n電流センサ、及び前記第1電圧センサ~第n電圧センサと動作可能に結合された制御ユニットと、を含み、
前記制御ユニットは、
前記第1スイッチ部~第nスイッチ部をターンオンさせた後、前記第1電流センサ~第n電流センサを用いて、予め設定された時間が経過した時点で各バッテリーパックを通じて流れるパック電流を測定し、前記パック電流の平均値を算出する第1制御ロジックと、
前記パック電流の大きさが平均値よりも電流臨界値以上小さいバッテリーパックを識別し、前記識別されたバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部にオープン故障が発生したと決定し、前記オープン故障が発生したスイッチ部を含むバッテリーパックに関する情報を出力する第2制御ロジックと、を実行するように構成され、
前記制御ユニットは、
前記マルチバッテリーパックの充電または放電中に、前記第1電圧センサ~第n電圧センサ及び前記第1電流センサ~第n電流センサを用いて各バッテリーパックの電圧及び電流を周期的に測定し、バッテリーパック毎に測定された複数の電圧データ及び複数の電流データから前記第1バッテリーパック~第nバッテリーパックの内部抵抗を決定し、前記内部抵抗の平均値を算出する第3制御ロジックをさらに実行するように構成され、
前記制御ユニットは、前記第2制御ロジックにおいて、前記内部抵抗と平均値との差が抵抗臨界値よりも小さく且つ前記パック電流の大きさが平均値よりも前記電流臨界値以上小さいバッテリーパックを識別し、前記識別されたバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部にオープン故障が発生したと決定し、前記オープン故障が発生したスイッチ部を含むバッテリーパックに関する情報を出力する制御ロジックを実行するように構成された、マルチバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部の故障診断装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記第2制御ロジックにおいて、前記パック電流の大きさが平均値よりも1.0σcurrent~2.0σcurrent(σcurrentはパック電流値の標準偏差)以上小さいバッテリーパックを識別し、前記識別されたバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部にオープン故障が発生したと決定し、前記オープン故障が発生したスイッチ部を含むバッテリーパックに関する情報を出力するように構成された、請求項1に記載のマルチバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部の故障診断装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記第2制御ロジックにおいて、前記内部抵抗と平均値との差が1.0σR~2.0σR(σRは内部抵抗値の標準偏差)よりも小さく且つ前記パック電流の大きさが平均値よりも1.0σcurrent~2.0σcurrent(σcurrentはパック電流値の標準偏差)以上小さいバッテリーパックを識別し、前記識別されたバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部にオープン故障が発生したと識別し、前記オープン故障が発生したスイッチ部を含むバッテリーパックに関する情報を出力する制御ロジックを実行するように構成された、請求項1に記載のマルチバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部の故障診断装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、第2制御ロジックにおいて、前記オープン故障が発生したスイッチ部を含むバッテリーパックに関する情報をディスプレイユニット、通知ユニットまたは通信ユニットを通じて外部に出力するように構成された、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のマルチバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部の故障診断装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のマルチバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部の故障診断装置を含むバッテリー管理システム。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のマルチバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部の故障診断装置を含む電気駆動装置。
- 並列リンクノードを通じて第1バッテリーパック~第nバッテリーパックを並列で接続したマルチバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部の故障診断方法であって、
(a)前記第1バッテリーパック~第nバッテリーパックにそれぞれ含まれた第1スイッチ部~第nスイッチ部、前記第1バッテリーパック~第nバッテリーパックと連結された電力ラインにそれぞれ設けられ、それぞれのバッテリーパックを通じて流れる電流を測定する第1電流センサ~第n電流センサ、及び前記第1バッテリーパック~第nバッテリーパックにそれぞれ設けられ、それぞれのバッテリーパックの電圧を測定する第1電圧センサ~第n電圧センサを提供する段階と、
(b)前記第1スイッチ部~第nスイッチ部をターンオンさせた後、前記第1電流センサ~第n電流センサを用いて、予め設定された時間が経過した時点で各バッテリーパックを通じて流れるパック電流を測定し、前記パック電流の平均値を算出する段階と、
(c)前記パック電流の大きさが平均値よりも電流臨界値以上小さいバッテリーパックを識別し、識別されたバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部にオープン故障が発生したと決定し、前記オープン故障が発生したスイッチ部を含むバッテリーパックに関する情報を出力する段階と、
(d)前記マルチバッテリーパックの充電または放電中に、前記第1電圧センサ~第n電圧センサ及び前記第1電流センサ~第n電流センサを用いて各バッテリーパックの電圧及び電流を周期的に測定し、バッテリーパック毎に測定された複数の電圧データ及び複数の電流データから前記第1バッテリーパック~第nバッテリーパックの内部抵抗を決定し、前記内部抵抗の平均値を算出する段階と、を含み、
前記(c)段階において、前記内部抵抗と平均値との差が抵抗臨界値よりも小さく且つ前記パック電流の大きさが平均値よりも前記電流臨界値以上小さいバッテリーパックを識別し、前記識別されたバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部にオープン故障が発生したと決定し、前記オープン故障が発生したスイッチ部を含むバッテリーパックに関する情報を出力する、マルチバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部の故障診断方法。 - 前記(c)段階において、パック電流の大きさが平均値よりも1.0σcurrent~2.0σcurrent(σcurrentはパック電流値の標準偏差)以上小さいバッテリーパックを識別し、前記識別されたバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部にオープン故障が発生したと決定し、前記オープン故障が発生したスイッチ部を含むバッテリーパックに関する情報を出力する、請求項7に記載のマルチバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部の故障診断方法。
- 前記(c)段階において、内部抵抗と平均値との差が1.0σR~2.0σR(σRは内部抵抗値の標準偏差)未満であって、前記パック電流の大きさが平均値よりも1.0σcurrent~2.0σcurrent(σcurrentはパック電流値の標準偏差)以上小さいバッテリーパックを識別し、前記識別されたバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部にオープン故障が発生したと決定し、前記オープン故障が発生したスイッチ部を含むバッテリーパックに関する情報を出力する、請求項7に記載のマルチバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部の故障診断方法。
- 前記(c)段階において、前記オープン故障が発生したスイッチ部を含むバッテリーパックに関する情報をディスプレイユニット、通知ユニットまたは通信ユニットを通じて出力する、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載のマルチバッテリーパックに含まれたスイッチ部の故障診断方法。
