Description
Claims (8)
- バインダ噴射を含む付加製造プロセスに使用するためのバインダ溶液(36)であって、
バインダ溶液(36)の総重量に基づいて0.5重量%以上10重量%以下のナノ粒子(36a)であって、金属ナノ粒子を含むナノ粒子(36a)と、
第1のポリマーストランドを含む熱可塑性バインダ(36b)であって、前記第1のポリマーストランドが7,000g/mol以上50,000g/mol以下の平均分子量Mwを有し、且つ、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリアクリルアミド(PAAm)、ポリアクリル酸(PAA)、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリビニルメチルエーテル-無水マレイン酸(PVME-MA)、ポリスチレン(PS)、これらの誘導体、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されたものである、熱可塑性バインダ(36b)と、
溶媒と、を含む
バインダ溶液(36)。 - 前記バインダ溶液(36)が、前記バインダ溶液(36)の総重量に基づいて1重量%以上のナノ粒子(36a)を含む、請求項1に記載のバインダ溶液(36)。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子が、ニッケル、銀、クロム、アルミニウム、コバルト、鉄、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載のバインダ溶液(36)。
- 前記熱可塑性バインダが、第2のポリマーストランドをさらに含み、前記第1のポリマーストランドが、第1の官能基を含み、前記第2のポリマーストランドが、前記第1の官能基とは異なる第2の官能基を含み、前記第1および第2の官能基が、前記第1のポリマーストランドを前記第2のポリマーストランドと非共有結合で結合するように構成され、前記第2のポリマーストランドが、100g/mol以上10,000g/mol以下の平均分子量を有し、前記第2のポリマーストランドが、ポリアクリル酸(PAA)、ポリメタクリル酸(PmAA)、ポリアクリルアミド(PAAm)、その誘導体、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバインダ溶液(36)。
- バインダ溶液(36)の粘度が1cP以上40cP以下である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のバインダ溶液(36)。
- 部品の一部を製造する方法(10)であって、
微粒子材料(24)の層(22)を作業面(32)上に堆積させる工程、
微粒子材料(24)の層(22)中に、パーツの層を表現するパターンでバインダ溶液(36)を選択的に塗布する工程であって、前記バインダ溶液(36)が、
前記バインダ溶液(36)の総重量に基づいて0.5重量%以上10重量%以下のナノ粒子(36a)であって金属ナノ粒子を含むナノ粒子(36a)と、
第1のポリマーストランドを含む熱可塑性バインダ(36b)であって、前記第1のポリマーストランドが7,000g/mol以上50,000g/mol以下の平均分子量Mwを有し、且つポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリアクリルアミド(PAAm)、ポリアクリル酸(PAA)、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリビニルメチルエーテル-無水マレイン酸(PVME-MA)、ポリスチレン(PS)、これらの誘導体、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されたものである、熱可塑性バインダ(36b)と、
溶媒と、を含む工程、
堆積と選択的塗布とを繰り返してバインダ溶液(36)が塗布された微粒子材料(24)の複数の層(22)を形成する工程、および
バインダ溶液(36)が塗布された微粒子材料(24)の複数の層(22)中の塗布されたバインダ溶液(36)を硬化させて、溶媒を蒸発させ、それによってグリーン体部品(60)を形成する工程
を有する方法(10)。 - 前記金属ナノ粒子が、ニッケル、銀、クロム、アルミニウム、コバルト、鉄、またはそれらの組み合わせを含み、前記微粒子材料が、金属微粒子材料を含み、前記金属微粒子材料が、ニッケル合金、コバルト合金、コバルトクロム合金、チタン合金、アルミニウム基合金、タングステン合金、ステンレス鋼合金、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項6に記載の方法(10)。
- 前記グリーン体部品(60)を無酸素環境中で第1の温度以上に加熱して、熱可塑性バインダ(36)の少なくとも一部を除去し、前記金属ナノ粒子(36a)の少なくとも一部を焼結して、焼結された金属ナノ粒子(36a)が微粒子材料(24)間にナノ微粒子材料(64)のくびれ領域を形成することによって、ブラウン体部品(62)を形成する工程と、
前記ブラウン体部品(62)を第2の温度以上に加熱して、微粒子材料(24)を焼結し、それによって、圧密化部品(70)を形成する工程と、
をさらに有する請求項7に記載の方法(10)。
