Claims (5)
- 第1のロータ構成部材の第1の端面と第2のロータ構成部材の第2の端面とを当接させて、前記第1のロータ構成部材と前記第2のロータ構成部材をボルト締結によって接合して構成されるタービンロータであって、
前記第1の端面に形成され、前記タービンロータの中心軸方向に凹む筒状凹部と、
前記筒状凹部の底面から前記タービンロータの中心軸方向に穿孔され、冷却媒体を流す軸方向通路と、
前記軸方向通路に冷却媒体を導入する導入通路と、
前記軸方向通路から前記タービンロータの外周面に貫通し、冷却媒体を排出する排出通路と、
前記筒状凹部に配置され、前記軸方向通路の一端を封鎖する封鎖部材と
を具備することを特徴とするタービンロータ。 - 前記第1の端面と前記第2の端面とが当接する当接部において、
前記第1の端面が、
前記第1の端面における外縁側において周方向に亘って形成され、前記タービンロータの中心軸方向に凹む環状溝部を備え、
前記第2の端面が、
前記第2の端面における外縁側において周方向に亘って形成され、前記タービンロータの中心軸方向に突出し、前記環状溝部と嵌り合う環状突部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービンロータ。 - 前記第1の端面と前記第2の端面とが当接する当接部において、
前記第1の端面における外縁側において周方向に亘って形成され、前記タービンロータの中心軸方向に突出する環状突部を備え、
前記第2の端面が、
前記第2の端面における外縁側において周方向に亘って形成され、前記タービンロータの中心軸方向に凹み、前記環状突部と嵌り合う環状溝部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービンロータ。 - 前記封鎖部材は、前記第1のロータ構成部材にねじ締結されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載のタービンロータ。
- 前記筒状凹部が備えられた前記第1の端面と、前記筒状凹部に対向する前記第2の端面との間の間隙に形成される空間部と、
前記第1の端面と前記第2の端面とが当接する当接部に形成され、前記空間部と前記タービンロータの外部とを連通させる連通溝と
を具備することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載のタービンロータ。
