Claims (11)
- 一つ以上のバッテリーセルが備えられるように構成されたバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールの正極方向を順方向に配置し、前記バッテリーモジュールと並列で接続するように構成されたダイオードと、
ゲート端子、ドレイン端子及びソース端子を含み、前記ドレイン端子及び前記ソース端子を介して前記ダイオードと並列で接続し、前記ゲート端子を介して前記ダイオードの他端と接続し、前記ダイオードを介して前記バッテリーモジュールから動作電圧を受けるように構成された電界効果トランジスタと、
第1ベース端子、第1エミッタ端子及び第1コレクタ端子を含み、第1ベース端子が前記ドレイン端子に接続し、前記第1エミッタ端子及び前記第1コレクタ端子が前記バッテリーモジュールの正極端子側に接続するように構成された第1トランジスタと、
第2ベース端子、第2エミッタ端子及び第2コレクタ端子を含み、前記第2ベース端子が前記ドレイン端子と前記第1ベース端子との間に接続され、前記第2コレクタ端子が前記第1エミッタ端子と前記第1コレクタ端子との間に配置されるように前記第1エミッタ端子と接続し、前記第2エミッタ端子が前記第1コレクタ端子と接続するように構成された第2トランジスタと、を含み、
前記第1トランジスタは、前記第1エミッタ端子が前記バッテリーモジュールの正極端子と前記第2トランジスタの前記第2コレクタ端子との間に接続されるように構成されることを特徴とする、複数の電流経路を含むバッテリーパック。 - 前記ダイオードは、前記バッテリーモジュールから基準電圧以上の電圧が印加されると、通電するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複数の電流経路を含むバッテリーパック。
- 前記電界効果トランジスタは、前記ダイオードに基準電圧以上の電圧が印加される場合に限り、動作状態がターンオン状態に切り換えられるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の複数の電流経路を含むバッテリーパック。
- 前記第2トランジスタは、前記バッテリーモジュールの電圧が前記基準電圧未満である場合のみに、前記第2エミッタ端子と前記第2コレクタ端子が通電するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の複数の電流経路を含むバッテリーパック。
- 前記ダイオードと前記バッテリーモジュールの負極端子との間に配置された第1抵抗をさらに含み、
前記電界効果トランジスタは、前記ゲート端子が前記第1抵抗と前記ダイオードとの間に接続されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複数の電流経路を含むバッテリーパック。 - 前記ダイオードと前記電界効果トランジスタのドレイン端子との間に配置された第2抵抗をさらに含み、
前記第2トランジスタは、前記第2コレクタ端子が前記ダイオードと前記第2抵抗との間に接続されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の複数の電流経路を含むバッテリーパック。 - 前記第2抵抗と前記第1トランジスタの前記第1ベース端子との間に配置された第3抵抗をさらに含み、
前記電界効果トランジスタは、前記ドレイン端子が前記第2抵抗と前記第3抵抗との間に接続されるように構成され、
前記第2トランジスタは、前記第2ベース端子が前記ドレイン端子と前記第3抵抗との間に接続されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の複数の電流経路を含むバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1トランジスタの第1コレクタ端子と前記バッテリーパックの正極端子との間に配置された第4抵抗と、
前記第4抵抗の抵抗値よりも小さい抵抗値を有し、前記第2トランジスタの第2エミッタ端子と前記バッテリーパックの正極端子との間に配置された第5抵抗と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の複数の電流経路を含むバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールの一端に直列で接続するように構成されたメインリレーと、
前記バッテリーモジュールの電圧を測定し、前記ダイオードと前記電界効果トランジスタとの間に流れる電流を測定し、測定した電圧値及び電流値を出力するように構成された測定部と、
前記測定部で測定された電圧値及び電流値を受信し、受信した電圧値及び電流値に基づいて前記メインリレーの動作状態を制御するように構成された制御部と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の複数の電流経路を含むバッテリーパック。 - 前記制御部は、前記受信した電圧値及び電流値に基づいて前記ダイオードの消費電力を算出し、算出された消費電力が前記ダイオードの最大許容電力以上である場合、前記メインリレーの動作状態をターンオフ状態に制御するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の複数の電流経路を含むバッテリーパック。
- 前記制御部は、前記メインリレーの動作状態をターンオフ状態に制御し、前記バッテリーパックと前記バッテリーモジュールとの電気的接続を遮断するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の複数の電流経路を含むバッテリーパック。
