Description
The present invention relates to blow molding methods, composite preforms, composite containers, and plastic parts.
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, plastic bottles have become popular as bottles for containing liquids such as food and drink, and liquids are contained in such plastic bottles.
A plastic bottle containing such a content liquid is manufactured by inserting a preform into a mold and biaxially stretching and blow-molding it.
By the way, in the conventional biaxial stretch blow molding method, for example, a preform containing a single-layer material such as PET or PP, a multi-layer material, or a blend material is used to form a container shape. However, in conventional biaxial stretch blow molding processes, it is common to simply mold the preform into a container shape. Therefore, when various functions and properties (barrier properties, heat retention, etc.) are to be imparted to the container, the means for doing so are limited, for example, by changing the material constituting the preform. In particular, it is difficult to give different functions and characteristics to different parts of the container (for example, the body and the bottom).
The present invention has been made in consideration of such points, and provides a blow molding method, a composite preform, a composite container, and a plastic member that can impart various functions and characteristics to the container. intended to provide

First Embodiment A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 9 are diagrams showing a first embodiment of the present invention.
First, with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, an outline of a composite container manufactured by a blow molding method according to this embodiment will be described. In this specification, the terms "upper" and "lower" respectively refer to the upper and lower sides when the
The
Such a
Of these, the
On the other hand, the
Next, the container
Of these, the
The
Furthermore, the
On the other hand, the
Also, the thickness of the
なおプリフォーム10a、すなわち容器本体10の材料としては熱可塑性樹脂、特にPE(ポリエチレン)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、PEN(ポリエチレンナフタレート)、PC(ポリカーボネート)を使用することが好ましい。

As the material of the
Further, the
In addition, by mixing an inert gas (nitrogen gas, argon gas) with the melt of the thermoplastic resin, a foamed preform having a foamed cell diameter of 0.5 to 100 μm is formed, and this foamed preform is blow-molded. Thus, the
Although the full filling volume of such a
Next, the
The
In this case, the
In addition, the
On the other hand, since the
Also, the thickness of the
Next, the configuration of the composite preform according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the

In this case, the

Colorants such as brown, black, green, white, blue or red colorants can be used. The coloring agent may be a pigment or a dye, but a pigment is preferable from the viewpoint of light resistance. Among the above-described colorants, light-reflecting pigments such as titanium white, aluminum powder, mica powder, zinc sulfide, zinc white, calcium carbonate, kaolin, and talc, and light-absorbing pigments such as carbon black, Colored pigments such as ceramic black and bone black are preferred. By including pigments such as these in the colored layer, it is possible to reduce the transmittance of visible light of the
Further, the plastic member 40 (40a) may contain various additives in addition to the above-described resins as the main component, as long as the characteristics of the plastic member 40 (40a) are not impaired. Additives include, for example, plasticizers, ultraviolet stabilizers, anti-coloring agents, matting agents, deodorants, flame retardants, weathering agents, antistatic agents, thread friction reducing agents, slip agents, release agents, anti- Oxidizing agents, ion exchange agents, color pigments, and the like can be added. In addition, by mixing an inert gas (nitrogen gas, argon gas) with a melt of a thermoplastic resin, a foamed member having a foamed cell diameter of 0.5 to 100 μm is used, and this foamed preform is molded. , the light-shielding property can be enhanced.
このような材料としては、熱可塑性樹脂、特にPE(ポリエチレン)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、PEN(ポリエチレンナフタレート)、PC(ポリカーボネート)を挙げることができる。
Further, the plastic member 40 (40a) may contain the same material as the container body 10 (
このような材料としては、PE(ポリエチレン)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、MXD-6(ナイロン)、EVOH(エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体)またはこれらの材料に脂肪酸塩などの酸素吸収材を混ぜることも考えられる。
Further, the
Further, the
Further, the
Further, the

Next, the shape of the
As shown in FIG. 4( a ), the

FIG. 5 represents an
The

The

First, an outline of a composite container manufactured by the blow molding method according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 to 12. FIG.
The

In addition, the

Next, the
The
In this case, the

Next, the configuration of the composite preform according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 12, the
The

Various materials described below can also be used as the
このような材料としては、PE(ポリエチレン)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、MXD-6(ナイロン)、EVOH(エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体)またはこれらの材料に脂肪酸塩などの酸素吸収材を混ぜることも考えられる。

The
On the other hand, the
The
The
In addition, the
In addition, the configurations of the
Next, the shape of the
As shown in FIG. 13(a), the
Next, a blow molding method (manufacturing method of the
First, a
Next, an
In this case, the
Alternatively, the
In this way, the
Next, the
Subsequently, the
In addition, the blow molding method (manufacturing method of the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the
In addition, it is possible to prevent a decrease in yield when manufacturing the final product due to defects in the labeler or the like.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the
In addition, according to the present embodiment, when manufacturing the
