Description
The present invention relates to a blow molding method, a composite preform, a composite container, and a plastic member.
Recently, plastic bottles for storing content liquids such as foods and drinks have become common, and such plastic bottles store content liquids.
A plastic bottle containing such a content liquid is manufactured by inserting a preform into a mold and biaxially stretch-blow molding.
By the way, in the conventional biaxial stretch blow molding method, for example, a preform including a single layer material such as PET or PP, a multilayer material, a blend material, or the like is used to form a container shape. However, in the conventional biaxial stretch blow molding method, the preform is generally simply formed into a container shape. For this reason, when various functions and characteristics (barrier property, heat retaining property, etc.) are given to the container, the means is limited, for example, by changing the material constituting the preform. In particular, it is difficult to have different functions and characteristics depending on the part of the container (for example, the trunk and the bottom).
The present invention has been made in consideration of such points, and includes a blow molding method, a composite preform, a composite container, and a plastic member that can impart various functions and properties to the container.
First Embodiment Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 9 are views showing a first embodiment of the present invention.
First, an outline of a composite container produced by the blow molding method according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. In the present specification, “upper” and “lower” refer to the upper side and the lower side in a state where the
A
Such a
Among these, the
On the other hand, the
Next, the
Of these, the
The
Furthermore, the trunk | drum 20 has a cylindrical shape with a substantially uniform diameter as a whole. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the
On the other hand, the
Moreover, although the thickness of the container
なおプリフォーム10a、すなわち容器本体10の材料としては熱可塑性樹脂、特にPE(ポリエチレン)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、PEN(ポリエチレンナフタレート)、PC(ポリカーボネート)を使用することが好ましい。
Such a container
The
Further, by mixing an inert gas (nitrogen gas, argon gas) with the thermoplastic resin melt, a foam preform having a foam cell diameter of 0.5 to 100 μm is formed, and this foam preform is blow-molded. Thus, the
The full capacity of such a
Next, the
The
In this case, the
The
On the other hand, since the
Moreover, the thickness of the
Next, the configuration of the composite preform according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Among these, the
The
In this case, the

The
As the colorant, a colorant such as brown, black, green, white, blue, or red can be used. The colorant may be a pigment or a dye, but is preferably a pigment from the viewpoint of light resistance. Among the colorants described above, light reflecting pigments such as titanium white, aluminum powder, mica powder, zinc sulfide, zinc white, calcium carbonate, kaolin, talc and other white pigments, light absorbing pigments, carbon black, Colored pigments such as ceramic black and bone black are preferred. By including such pigments in the colored layer, it is possible to reduce the visible light transmittance of the
In addition, the plastic member 40 (40a) may contain various additives in addition to the above-mentioned resin as the main component within a range where the characteristics are not impaired. Examples of additives include plasticizers, UV stabilizers, anti-coloring agents, matting agents, deodorants, flame retardants, weathering agents, antistatic agents, yarn friction reducing agents, slip agents, mold release agents, An oxidizing agent, an ion exchange agent, a coloring pigment, and the like can be added. Also, by mixing an inert gas (nitrogen gas, argon gas) with a melt of a thermoplastic resin, a foam member having a foam cell diameter of 0.5 to 100 μm is used, and this foam preform is molded. , The light shielding property can be improved.
このような材料としては、熱可塑性樹脂、特にPE(ポリエチレン)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、PEN(ポリエチレンナフタレート)、PC(ポリカーボネート)を挙げることができる。
Moreover, the plastic member 40 (40a) may contain the same material as the container main body 10 (
このような材料としては、PE(ポリエチレン)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、MXD−6(ナイロン)、EVOH(エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体)またはこれらの材料に脂肪酸塩などの酸素吸収材を混ぜることも考えられる。
The
The
In addition, the
Further, the

Next, the shape of the
As shown in FIG. 4A, the
Next, a method for manufacturing the
FIG. 5 shows an
The
According to the method as described above, since the design of the

The

As a result, the

Second Embodiment Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 10 to 17 are views showing a second embodiment of the present invention. 10 to 17, the same parts as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
First, an outline of a composite container produced by the blow molding method according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
As will be described later, the

Among these, the

The
It is conceivable that at least a part of the
Next, the
The
In this case, the

In addition, the configuration and manufacturing method of the
Next, the structure of the composite preform according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 12, the
The

このような材料としては、PE(ポリエチレン)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、MXD−6(ナイロン)、EVOH(エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体)またはこれらの材料に脂肪酸塩などの酸素吸収材を混ぜることも考えられる。

Moreover, the
On the other hand, the
The
The
In addition, since the configurations of the
Next, the shape of the
As shown in FIG. 13A, the
Next, a blow molding method (a method for manufacturing the
First, a
Next, an
In this case, even if the
Alternatively, a
In this way, a series of steps for producing the
Next, the
Subsequently, the
In addition, the blow molding method (method for manufacturing the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the
Further, it is possible to prevent the yield from being lowered when the final product is manufactured due to a labeler defect or the like.
Moreover, according to this Embodiment, the
Further, according to the present embodiment, when the
