Description
Claims (6)
- アクセル、ブレーキおよび無段変速機(CVT)を有する車両用のローンチコントロール方法であって、
(i)車両のブレーキペダルを押すことによって車両の運転者が設定したブレーキトルクと、(ii)前記車両を静止位置に保持するために必要な保持トルクとを決定するステップと、
運転者が前記ブレーキペダルを解放したことを判定するステップと、
CVTのローンチクラッチを係合している間に前記ブレーキを解放するステップであって、前記ローンチクラッチは、ブレーキトルクとクラッチのクラッチトルクとの合計が保持トルクと同等に維持されるように、第1の圧力ランプ速度でクラッチ係合圧力を増加させることによって係合される、ステップと、
前記アクセルを介して運転者によって要求される加速トルクを決定するステップと、
前記クラッチ係合圧力は、前記クラッチトルクが前記加速トルクによって増大されるように、前記ブレーキトルクが実質的にゼロであると判定されると、第2の圧力ランプ速度で増大されるステップと、
固定された最小圧力ランプ速度を記憶するステップであって、前記最小圧力ランプ速度は、クラッチ係合圧力を最大係合圧力に向けて増加させるステップと、
現在の圧力ランプ速度を最小圧力ランプ速度と比較するステップと、
前記現在の圧力ランプ速度が前記最小圧力ランプ速度よりも小さい場合、前記クラッチ係合圧力を前記最小圧力ランプ速度に切り替えるステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記係合圧力切り替えステップの前に、更に、
前記ローンチクラッチの入力速度および出力速度が所定の速度で収束しているか否かを判定するステップと、
前記速度が所定の速度で収束しているときに、前記クラッチ係合圧力を現在のレベルに保持するステップと、
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ローンチクラッチの入力速度および出力速度が所定の速度で収束していないと判定された場合、前記方法は更に、前記クラッチ係合圧力を第3の圧力ランプ速度で増加させるステップを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ローンチクラッチが完全に係合されているとの判定は、前記クラッチの入力速度および出力速度が実質的に同じであるか否かを判定することによって行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に、所定のシフト期間を記憶するステップと、前記ローンチクラッチが前記シフト期間内に完全に係合されない場合に前記CVTをニュートラル状態にするステップとを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 更に、
運転者が前記ブレーキペダルの解放に続いて前記ブレーキペダルを踏んだか否かを監視するステップと、
前記ブレーキペダルが踏まれていることが確認された場合、前記CVTをニュートラル状態にするステップと、
を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
