Description

‐NADH/FAD比による代謝活性が、前記光学スペクトルから決定されることができる。
‐先端における組織感知により、前記装置が、関心の場所に正しく配置されることが、保証されることができる。生検は、前記切れ目が前記関心の場所にあるまで前記メインシャフトのみを前進させることにより前記組織感知と正確に同じ場所から得られうる。前記切れ目における前記組織の更なる組織感知は、正しい組織サンプルが生検装置の切れ目において獲得されるかどうかに関して制御するように実行されてもよい。

Claims (15)
- スライス化されていない3D組織サンプルを処理する方法において、
内部空間を備えるチューブを受け取るステップであって、前記チューブが、前記内部空間において前記3D組織サンプルを保持する、ステップと、
組織処理剤が前記3D組織サンプルに浸透するように、前記チューブ内に前記3D組織サンプルに対して前記組織処理剤を押し込むステップであって、前記3D組織サンプルは前記チューブの全断面を完全に占有する、ステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記組織処理剤が供給される圧力が、大気圧より高い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記組織処理剤が、所定の時間にわたり、流体チャネルを通って前記チューブ内に押し込まれる、請求項1及び2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組織処理剤が、透明化剤及び染色剤からなるグループのうちの1つの物質である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組織処理剤が前記3D組織サンプルを通過した後に、前記チューブ内に保持される前記3D組織サンプルを分析するステップを更に有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記チューブ内に保持される前記3D組織サンプルを3D撮像するステップを更に有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- スライス化されていない3D組織サンプルを処理するシステムにおいて、
第1の開口端、第2の開口端及び前記3D組織サンプルを収容する内部空間を持つチューブと、
チューブリテーナと、
圧力下の組織処理流体を前記チューブ内に供給するポンプ装置と、

前記チューブが、前記チューブリテーナにより保持される場合に、前記チューブの前記第1及び第2の開口端の一方は、前記3D組織サンプルが前記チューブ内に収容され、保持される間に、前記組織処理流体が前記3D組織サンプルを押し通されるように前記組織処理流体が前記チューブ内に供給可能であるように構成され、組織サンプルは前記チューブの全断面を完全に占有する、
