Claims (7)
- 手術中の医療行為を支援する支援システムであって、
手術中の医療デバイスの使用状況に関する使用状況データ、手術中の患者の患部に関する患部データ、および医療デバイスまたは医薬品に関する再利用データを前記手術中に取得するデータ取得部と、
前記使用状況データ、前記患部データ、および前記再利用データを用いて機械学習する学習部と、
前記機械学習の結果に基づいて、推奨される手術方針を提示する提示部と、を有する支援システム。 - 前記使用状況データは、前記医療デバイスの進行状況に関する進行状況データを含み、
前記患部データは、前記患部の状態に関する患部状態データを含む、請求項1に記載の支援システム。 - 医療行為の支援作業を行う作業デバイスをさらに有し、
前記学習部は、推奨される前記支援作業を機械学習し、
前記作業デバイスは、前記学習部の学習結果に少なくとも含まれる、造影領域の調整、手術台の調整、手術における次工程の案内、医療従事者の補助作業の提供、これらの組み合わせを実行可能である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の支援システム。 - 前記患部は、患者の血管であり、
前記提示部は、前記血管に対する手術において推奨される手術方針を提示する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の支援システム。 - 前記提示部は、提示内容とともに提示根拠を提示する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の支援システム。
- 手術中の医療行為を支援する支援方法であって、
手術中の医療デバイスの使用状況に関する使用状況データ、手術中の患者の患部に関する患部データ、および医療デバイスまたは医薬品に関する再利用データを前記手術中に取得するデータ取得ステップと、
前記使用状況データ、前記患部データ、および前記再利用データを用いて機械学習する学習ステップと、
前記機械学習の結果に基づいて、推奨される手術方針を提示する提示ステップと、を有する支援方法。 - 手術中の医療行為を支援する支援プログラムであって、
手術中の医療デバイスの使用状況に関する使用状況データ、手術中の患者の患部に関する患部データ、および医療デバイスまたは医薬品に関する再利用データを前記手術中に取得するデータ取得ステップと、
前記使用状況データ、前記患部データ、および前記再利用データを用いて機械学習する学習ステップと、
前記機械学習の結果に基づいて、推奨される手術方針を提示する提示ステップと、を実行する支援プログラム。
